2	I realized the importance of eye contact... without even talking to the girl. People don't just smile and greet each other in the middle of the street if they don't know each other. Well it's not really a middle of the street type thing here but people tend to acknowledge other peoples presence if they pass by someone and both make eye contact whether it's just a smile, a "Hi", or even a nod. Someone holds a door for you and you say thank you. Rarely do these encounters turn into a full blown conversation, but sometimes they do and you may have just met a new friend. I've got a similar story about how a local motocross track got shut down (closest one to me unfortunately) because some idiots decided to take a bike out there in the middle of the night and one of them broke their neck. 9	Same city, same year. Man has sex with 15yo girl he believed to be 19, goes straight to jail. Woman has sex with her 14yo male student, avoids jail because judge "did not believe the woman deserved to go to jail". Well obviously both parties are in the wrong. The problem is that the teacher who obviously new the 14yr. old kid before hand is walking away with a slap on the wrist. The man is having the book thrown at him for doing essentially the same thing, but without prior knowledge of who she was/her age.
