Thought this post would be okay. If not, I can take it down, just wanted a little advice on ways to improve/other opinions. Openly admit that I'm just starting out and have some way to go, but I gotta start somewhere, I guess.

Solid advice. Tough, because I was onboard with what I know of her so far. You're right. I think I'm good if I know it is going good - ie, when a comment like the friends one throws me off, I shit the bed.

So, do I suggest a third date at mine? Movie or something. We've done drinks, done meal, done more drinks. Original plan for Date N.2 was to meet at mine - she changed her mind because she "doesn't trust me yet ;)" whatever the fuck that means (I laughed and said she'd rob my shit anyway".

If she is willing to cheat with you, she will cheat on you. Don't get involved with her - why fuck up another guy's life? If you are really keen on getting involved and she complains about her bf a lot and it seems like their relationship is on the out, tell her to give you a call when she's single, but not before. You're giving her all your attention for no return and she still goes home to her bf. Been on the end of this myself. Had a girl I hung around with ask to sleep with me, always asking…

If I were in your position, the fact that the first girl mentions her bf so much in passing conversation would suggest to me that she sees the relationship between us as a purely platonic one. I mean, if you're interested in dating someone or whatever, you don't spend the time chatting away about your SO. Regardless, don't be that guy OP. If they'll cheat with you they'll cheat on you.
