Exactly. She can have ANY standards she wants. She is also not entitled to a date. Men can’t stand this because they know how goddamn consistently we apply it and they know their neckbeard-looking asses are out there listing preferences on Tinder as if they’re choosers, and they think being denied sex is a human rights violation. It’s not our fault you guys are ugly and will never be choosers. The rules are applied equally. Level up or GTFO

Men covering for other men. Liars all around. Tale as old as time. I don’t even listen anymore.

Literally this. I do “act like a man” in that I treat men sort of the way they treat women (not escalating to violence or screaming slurs at them obviously because I’m still female and can’t even sink to that level mentally). They HATE it.

They sell automatic starters for less than $200 anyway that work great. Men can afford to mooch off other people; for women asking for help on the side of the road is liable to be a death sentence.

His experience? Women aren’t Amazon products and men’s opinion on women is LESS than worthless. If a man gives me an opinion on a woman I just disregard it because they are too erratic to even always say the opposite of the truth about women. Sometimes they just make unrelated stuff up. MEN ARE NOT CHOOSERS. WE ARE.

It’s because they still think they’re choosers. They’re suffering under the delusion that either they’re doing the interview or it at least goes both ways. It doesn’t.

Yes. This is what frustrates me so much having these conversations with males. They have no logic at all. Just immediate overreaction with their feelings. Even in hypotheticals. Like even if I take my feelings out of it, if we assume NO ONE DYING is the desired outcome, safety precautions are BASIC logic. It takes a huge amount of entitlement to get you distracted from that.

Also they will break them. This always happens with sex dolls and current sex bots. Men get too into their violent pornsick fantasies and mangle them beyond repair.

Yeah my mom does that. I put basically all my Christmas energy into her and my brother who somewhat participates. Anything I do for my dad is more for their enjoyment than his. I’m prepared to either majorly tone down Christmas or be ready for new traditions when I get married. My bf didn’t grow up with much Christmas and recently started getting really into it. If he wants to be a participant then yay! If he doesn’t I have loads of fun and stress-free activities to keep the holidays special for…

Yep. Even my boyfriend noticed this on his own with no prompting from me. He’s a decent guy who tries to stay on top of feminist crap but he’s still a guy. If he’s noticing something is seriously jacked. Reddit is a lost cause. I hope FDS can transition to the website soon.

hard lesson learned No. It is not our job to learn hard lessons. Yes she should lock her door, but the point of the story is some scrote is roving around who needs to be locked up forever. Not that she needs to learn a lesson.

It happened to me. Abusive and escalating ex got bored of trying to subjugate me and moved on. At the time it was devastating—“That piece of shit thought HE was too good for ME?!”—but now I am so glad that’s how it went down.

Hate to say it, but as an ex-porn user (bi), I can say that for me I just really wanted to see naked women in sexual situations. Like, desperately. Once I found out how exploitative it was I stopped, but before that, even religious guilt couldn’t prevent me from searching up porn. I was very motivated lol. I imagine it might not be as bad if you are out of the closet and dating, but I’m not sure because I haven’t been in that situation.

I’ve noticed this as a fellow bi but if you bring it up you’re a lesbophobe. Never mind I also criticize stereotypically toxic bi behaviors such as being libfemmy af, faking same-sex attraction for male attention, experimenting with lesbians with no intention of being serious or being with a woman long term, going unicorn hunting under false pretenses, and being into gross poly/kink bullshit. It seems like the criticism is only allowed to go one way. Having said that, I’m not going to sit here a…

Yes. It really concerns me that boys are seeing the damage porn does to them without examining the damage it does to women. If they still carry the same pornsick entitlement mentality around despite not using porn, they’ll still view women as sex objects and in fact probably feel extra entitled to take their sexual perversions out on women because they aren’t getting the “release” they “need” from porn. They’re also going to blame women in porn for all their problems. That kind of mentality got …

Just want to add to all the amazing replies to this comment: this also implies that if Pornhub didn’t exist (e. g. If feminists finally got it banned which is not that implausible), then she WOULD be obligated to fulfill his sexual “needs.”

I love how the comments are like “it’s better to be honest about dealbreakers.” Men can have dealbreakers if they want, but let’s be honest—they don’t/can’t really, because they aren’t choosers and at this point even Chris Hemsworth is lucky to have a woman willing to tolerate him. Men talking about “dealbreakers” and “incompatibilities” instead of admitting that they are horrible disgusting animals on relationship subreddits is one of the main things that “woke me up” to how awful most men real…

Guys usually try to train me off the bat because I tend to style myself in ways guys hate. I know they are socialized to do this so I make sure to do whatever the fuck I want. If they realize they’re out of line and shut the fuck up, I chalk it up to them improving themselves and learning a lesson on respect. If they continue they’re done. This may not be FDS approved since they get a chance, but male socialization is so innate and insidious and instilled from before birth that I think giving a …

I don’t think they’re actually weak. We have no way of knowing how much “harder” it is for them other than their own self-report. And we know how much men lie and exaggerate and victimize themselves. I think they’re just used to being enabled by handmaidens who take everything they say at face value. If I can control myself, so can they, and if they don’t, there should be consequences.

I honestly think it’s beneficial to us how dumb they think we are. My bf is high value and even he slips up and underestimates me fairly frequently. It’s really easy for us to take over and run the show when they think we’re that dumb. I know so many couples like that.

They’re not detached. A lot of them have lost capacity for true love and connection, probably due mostly to porn. They are getting an emotional high out of it the way good people (mostly women) get an emotional high out of falling in love. Theirs is from a one-sided ego trip instead, though.

None of this makes the remotest bit of sense if you’ve ever cracked a Bible, either. Christianity has become men using the Bible as a tool for their own selfish destructive goals. Which the Bible explicitly warns about. About men, specifically. God knows what’s up.

This is a bit unrelated, but does anyone know why American men seem to have missed the memo on looking remotely attractive? I know men from these other countries are often even worse than American men, but they seem interested in attracting women to some extent. They cut their hair, wear nice clothes, smell nice, and even wear male jewelry. There’s an element of female gaze to some of them. American men are so gross overall. Obviously I’m generalizing. But why don’t American men ever try to attr…

If it was actually controversial and unpopular to say what she said, you can guarantee her label wouldn’t have let her say it. These labels are not feminist in the least. They promote starvation diet bodies, forcing such bodies onto women, and these idols are often fodder for sick men to jerk off to. If there’s one thing we can take comfort in, it’s that the incels in Korea haven’t taken over yet if she was able to say that without immediately being fired after.

One of the green flags of my boyfriend who I met pre-FDS and pre-feminism is he stopped resisting feminism once I got into it VERY quickly. He immediately looked into it (we were both pretty uninvolved and uninformed) and said yeah, most men are awful. I see why you care and I’m going to try to help. That’s the response you need. Yeah, he could be lying, but the vast majority of even “good men” will pitch a fit if you say anything remotely feminist. I am vehemently feminist, like actual women’s …

This isn’t using sex as a weapon. Weaponizing sex does exist, it’s called rape, and it’s something men do. As always, this is projection. Men are not entitled to sex. Refusing them sex is nothing malicious or even wrong. That’s right. You can be married and refuse sex forever and you haven’t done ANYTHING wrong. We as women need to internalize this.

Yes!! I’m not even approved yet and my comments that do get through for my probationary period get mad upvotes. The upvote numbers are WAY high compared to the rest of reddit. When I used to use other subreddits, 20 upvotes was high. Here I easily clear 50 or 70 for just an inane comment not at the top level at all. It’s a locked down sub and I think a lot of women lurk for fear of saying the wrong thing. Also, there isn’t always a lot to say or a lot of new posts each day. But the upvotes speak…

I think this is the most likely outcome. Most of these men are lazy cowards. They don’t have the guts to enact actual violence. A few incels do each year, but percentage wise of men, that’s very few. It’s easier to just game and wank your life away.

That’s not just red pillers. That is very common dating advice even among non-redditor men. This is why I always say the red pill is beside the point. Most guys are redpilling even if they have never heard of the movement/subreddit.

In my experience, most older women encourage us to be smaller and quieter. I am not saying all of them. But I don’t trust older women much more than men.
