Nice, I appreciate this answer. Quite different from what you normally see on the sub. Definitely think that I have seen this work for myself and also I’ve fallen into the pedestalization trap - which never works out lol

I’m confident in my body. I feel my physique is solid and I wear clothes that show it off. I was more curious to know if getting to that next level will actually improve my top of funnel via dating apps and Instagram. Also in general will posting photos that highlight my physique be useful? If done tastefully ofc

I appreciate that. I’ve heard people say similar things and I always feel like my lived experience contradicts that. Amazing for making friends and building connections though!

The events were good, my college peers still discuss the “awesome parties” I used to throw. Even 3-4 years later. As mentioned in this thread I’m social, good looking, and charismatic. I’m not saying I have airtight game but I’m certainly not what you’d consider to be an incel and the parties were a lot of fun. Everyone would come back and look forward to them. I don’t think I ever came across as the type of try and sleep around with anyone and everyone. But I guess that I’ll never know.

I’m in my mid 20s. Mind going in depth into this building a connection thing? In my experience every time I build a connection the girl has pulled back. But maybe I’m doing something wrong?

I’m in a new city now. My social status and circle is way worse. My place is smaller. I’d love to start hosting again and leverage it for getting more action. How’d you go about hosting strangers though if you don’t have the same reach? I fear that I’ll never be able to host like I used to in college, but I don’t want that to be true.

No no, I’m not saying that being the host hurt me. I think that being the host would only help, as it’s like a huge status signal.

Of course 😂 I was hosting at my house, as the host, we were all young and looking to have a good time. I flirted, I escalated, etc. I’m a good looking guy too, in shape and all that.

As the host I was always approaching anyone I didn’t know. If it was a girl I found attractive I’d flirt with her, typical cold approach. Girls I knew from class I’d strike up convo and flirt if I found her attractive. Occasionally I’d get a make out or a date. Never a lay though.

I hosted parties in college for 2 years. Usually 25-50 people. Occasionally 100-200 people. 2 years, every weekend without fail. Everyone knew I was the host. Tons of girls. I never slept with one of them, not for lack of trying. Why?

What about with attracting women who also value fitness?

Were you dressing timelessly or trendy? My style is more “timeless” but I’ve been intrigued to try more modern “hype” styles. For my age they’d be appropriate, I feel. I don’t love baggy but I’ve seen enough good examples so I’m willing to try it

Thank you for sharing your experience dude. Sometimes I get worried that I’ll be dating in my 30s (no hate on you, I just personally hope to be with my future wife by then). Good to hear that you’re finding success and meeting mature people

Do you date girls in their 20s now?

Interesting, I’m over a decade younger than you. Mind sharing the things you feel like your younger self was doing wrong?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
