There is so little info about the evidence I'm not sure what I think. Yes the whole "oh it's the other guy?" Is a big issue that will certainly say a lot about this case, but I in no way can have an opinion on whether or not a crime was committed by him or not.

When I read it I thought I was just tired, so I tried again and again. Nope, something went terribly wrong.

After reading huge hugs and your username, I imagined a small kitten hugging a grizzly bear. I need to go to sleep.

I see things like this constantly, granted I'm 18, so it's shouldn't be too surprising. Of my female friends, I think only one of them has ever described a positive feature of their boyfriends other than his looks. When one of them mentions a new interest, I only hear how hot they may or may not be. After a date, no info about the guy, just what they did. All these boyfriends are muscular sacs of meat in my mind, because that's all that's ever cared about it seems.

Obviously there are different types if rape, just like different types of murder. Violent rape is extremely traumatic, while if someone put something in your drink, it's likely to not be as traumatic. But it's still a horrible thing. What about the fact most people are raped by people they trust. You were mugged, that never happened to me and I'm sorry it happened to you. But these people probably weren't people you considered friends or colleagues. It didn't hurt your ability to go on another d…

Survive: To continue to exist despite danger or hardship. It is not uncommon for rape to leave people in a horrible mental condition. Killing someone is obviously horrible, but the effects of rape can ruin people in ways very few people can understand. Our culture has been set up in such a way that the the one thing we truly have control over, no matter what, is our bodies. Rape takes that away and then leaves the person, who is now likely to live in fear because they now know first hand how eas…

She says that this situation would occur naturally if patriarchy were a thing of the past. There is one problem with this. "Natural" almost never means "ideal". I've seen a study that shows that people are naturally more conservative than liberal without the influence of media. This doesn't mean that being conservative is the more "ideal" viewpoint. That is up to someone's own interpretation. In the end, just because something is the "natural" thing to happen, does not mean it is the ideal thing…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
