This is by far one of the biggest misconceptions about applying fragrance that often gets passed around. A majority of that is going to end up on the floor. You want to directly spray onto your skin, about 4-5 inches back, preferably pulse points such as your carotid artery on your neck where you can feel your pulse. This area creates heat which allows the fragrance to “bloom” and project itself. By spraying this into the air and walking into it, you are entirely missing the point of fragrances.…
