I worked at a grocery store in high school and college. When people swiped a food-stamp card, it would print their remaining balance. It was insane how much some people would get each month from our tax dollars. It cleared up some confusion as to why some people are able to have a ton of kids, be single, and fill up a cart with name-brand food and quality meats.

I worked with a buddy who has some of these exact problems. I am so happy that he got out of the relationship, however, he is still very much in love with the woman. There was a girl who filed a false rape report at my university years back. The guy was dragged through the mud big time. The police ended up finding out the truth.
