1	So i had this theory or thing in mind and its confusing me. How to not be child-like?? I would say you need to list your personal morals and values you hold at a very high importance. This could be Truth, Honesty, Integrity etc. It’s not about cracking jokes or being serious all the time that separates the men from the boys. It’s the values and they can differ from person to person. So make a list of the ones you seek for yourself and surround yourself with other like minded people. But you have to write them down!
