I sympathize with the frustration, but working on your career is no excuse to be a slob. IMO lift 3x a week, cut the carbs if you're fat, increase protein and count calories. That's a time commitment of maybe 6 hours a week if you don't fuck around with the weights and meal prep on Sunday. Don't be consumed by bitterness. If Marcus Aurelius could rule an empire and study philosophy, you can clock some overtime and cook some fucking chicken breasts.

Switch your phone to greyscale to reduce the dopamine kick from checking it. On android it's under settings > accessibility > color adjustment > greyscale

To anyone trying to kick / dial back the smartphone use - going into accessibility settings and changing to greyscale is helpful
