No, not every girl is always expecting a relationship, however if you communicate to her that your intention is a relationship, they will expect it. You just have to drop subtle hints that you only want to have sex and not any more than that. Just stay flirty and sexual with her while saying that you are not ready to settle down. My 2 cents: once you turn 25-ish your brain chemistry will change and you will be more mature and more willing to settle down as testosterone drops which lowers your sexual agressiveness, so just wait it out and enjoy yourself until then.

I only found out on April 1st that they never broke up, would've told him earlier if I found out earlier. She used to tell me that they broke up but she also used to talk to her friends as if they were still together. I told her that I would talk to him if this didn't get resolved, because to me it seemed wrong and unfair to both me and him.
