1	What should I start improving. Bruh, no one knows what to improve besides you. Sit your ass down and focus on that everyday for at least 10 minutes. Preferably after completing some sort of accountability journal where you write down what you have improved upon today to be a better YOU. Look into the Slow Carb diet by Tim Ferris start with that if you honestly have no clue what to do, I believe that’s a good starting off point.
