Im sure you can but it’s meant to be done with a barbell. I’m not sure if the results will be exactly the same. Plus, you’re going to be adding weight every week so you’d probably want a gym membership or a barbell with separate weights to add.

Look up the 5x5 workout. This is the easiest workout To follow in my opinion and if your diet is on point you will see results. It’s a good plan to get your foot in the door at the very least

This might be a weird question but what if the reason you smoke isn’t the nicotine but the smoke? I started vaping because I wanted to quit smoking pot. A lot of people said how stupid it was but I realized I didn’t smoke for the high, rather the act of smoking itself.

I actually started going to school for computer science a few years back. Used to smoke so much pot that it started affecting my grades. I might as well go back now that I’m not smoking. I loved coding so much

Yeah I’m also 22. I’m thankful that my savings account has gotten much fatter from the job. Along with saving money I’m always half and half about moving out of my parents place and getting my own place but I know the longer I stay here the more money I’ll be able to save.

Not bragging but I’m a naturally funny guy. Very witty. And a lot of the time I’ll tell jokes to make myself laugh whether or not someone else gets it. Haha I was young and I definitely fell for her a little bit but after we stopped talking she always try and get me to give her rides places and buy weed off of her for money and I just told her to fuck off. She’s had a shitty life since leaving high school so I guess her choices caught up with her idk. Could’ve just been a really shitty shit test on her part who knows?
