You think there isnt a difference between these two situations and how they’re being handled? I dont need to support biden to see that the two arent interchangeable, especially when the main problem with kavanaugh is the difference between them. blocking an investigation vs requesting it to be done.

During Kavanaugh people wanted an investigation but it was being blocked, Biden has requested an investigation into this because he said he has nothing to hide. That would be the difference. Also going to Candace Owen for good takes? Yikes.

Well the order is backwards isn't it. Evolution doesn't have a purpose, but he said they grew them to do something. Rather it was sexually selected.

This sounds like an opinion an alien would have in a low budget comedy movie.

They aren't using the no true scotsman fallacy. No true scotsman is like when you say, a christian goes to church every sunday. And someone says I'm christian I don't go every Sunday, and they answer, well youre not really a christian then. Whats happening here is more like someone saying I'm a christian but I don't really believe Jesus ever died for our sins, and someone correcting them that they aren't really a christian. Because believing jesus died for their sins is a crucial part of being c…

The girl dated douchebags, so he became one.

I guess this is more a matter of opinion, but ive read on here that you should have a plan, and other times that you should just go in and dont overthink it? Which is better?

If he stood her up in this situation would it hurt him or help him more? I imagine it would offend her a lot, but also catch her extremely off guard, since if shes really that hot she's probably not been stood up a whole lot.

I once asked a girl for advice. She said just try to get to be her friend for a while, and if theres something there itll just happen. I literally had to lol at how bad that advice was. One of the bigger eyeopeners I've had.

One of the things I'm the worst at is finding a place to plant myself when everyone is lounging about. Example living room of a friend. (usually in clubs or bars the place where you should/could be is obvious.) If theres not a good spot to go, It stresses me out. I feel like the obvious choice is to ask someone to scooch over, but if its already a pretty stuffed couch, I feel like I've just made it awkward. I cringed a little just typing this. is this something only I have trouble with, or did a…

Haha i hate that. Meet someone and not be attracted to them, build up a friendship where youre being yourself and letting your sappy side show. Then realizing you kinda like her, but youve shot yourself in the foot. I feel like once i catch myself thinking wow this girl is great im already doomed to fail.

Haha that doesnt really sound like friend zone to me, but congrats!

While you were working on yourself what kind of relationship did you keep up with the girl? It seems like you must have still hung out since you asked her to wingman for you. How did the relationship change over time(from before your initial rejection from her to you starting to go after other girls.) unless you were always going after other girls while talking to her.

Sorry on my mobile and not sure how to edit. The question is if there are any tips. Or if this will be harder than just starting locally

I've heard their English there is usually enough for us to be able to communicate. Just not fluently. And I've been told foreigners do well there.

"you should just try to be friends with her, and if when you're close to eachother you still like her, then ask her out" LOOOOL, you are definitely a girl. =p

Seems silly to say you can't control the future, when your actions do definitely change what happens in your future. I agree you shouldnt care what others think of you, but I think your rationale doesn't quite work for me.

I'm confused, how is this cruelty? Essentially it seems like a leash. Wouldn't it be more cruel if they found something that the Elephant couldn't physically break out of instead of training it to have a type of mental barrier? The picture looks kinda cruel, but it's also a chain and not a rope which implies it isn't from the story being told, and pretty irrelevant other than the fact that it's also an elephant being restrained. If you're talking about animals in zoo's in general, then that's di…

I told her she was cute the other day. And she seemed happy, but hard to tell if it's just cause it's a compliment. Guess I'll just keep tossin hints out. =/

One of the best Ideologies I picked up here. It doesn't matter if she likes you or not, assume she does and proceed accordingly, theres a chance the confidence will cause her to like you. and if she doesn't like you, you don't lose anything, because you never had anything to lose. It's not like confidence ever made a girl run away, right? Gotta ask though, if you're getting mixed signals for a while, anything wrong with coming out and asking, do you like me?

? not trying to mock anyone? This would probably be my real reaction, especially since in general girls don't make first moves. Generalization, obvously there are tons of exceptions, but in my experience it's held true. I think I remember each time I've been approached because it's rare.

Haha so true. If a girl came up to me and said hello, I'd instantly be like. hmmm. she might like me. why is she talking to me.... Haha.

Definitely, as a resident here with very limited confidence, if a girl I liked told me, glad we're friends. I'd probably just quit and move on.

I like this kind of stuff, but I'd wager it's more detrimental than anything else. I liked the recent post about how to tell if a girl likes you? Just assume she does. It doesn't matter if she likes you or not, she won't if you act insecure.

nowhere near 30 seconds, maybe like 5...? I'm far from an expert, but I imagine the slight discomfort/intrigue you create could work for you, but if you look at them for 30 seconds, I think theyll get too uncomfortable and walk away. But you never know until you try I guess.

Also I'd like to say the resentment also comes from hearing a guy who scores a lot saying things like, yeah i fucked that bitch. made her scream etc. theres absolutely no respect there and they keep scoring. But seriously, we should just change this site to friendzonersanonymous.com already.

Pretty much when it doesn't mean physical beauty, it is specified. He doesn't have an attractive personality. etc.

I've been in a similar boat for a while now. Was actually gonna ask her out yesterday but didnt get a chance with her alone. I like the new perspective.
