Call me conspiracy-brained but it's all part of the plan. Men talking is an existential threat to the current world order, call it patriarchy, capitalism, globalism, I don't care. They rely on men, particularly surplus-men or unwanted men to do all of the dirty work that keeps industrial society ticking along, or just to scapegoat when things go wrong. But these men are talking to each-other now and find their common struggles. Those in charge cannot lie to us anymore "If you work hard and be a …

Unlike feminist subreddits, we like to have actual nuanced conversations here.

Yeah, the autistic communities online are ass. It's ironic because I actually end up getting more warmth and understanding from neurotypical people than I do from online autism communities.

Funny thing is there is a popular woman only sub called 'women with autism" or something, they are always posting about how they hate autistic men and such, but it's not enough they have their own sub, they have to take over the gender neutral subs too.

It's ironic because some of the most diehard Socialist-to-the-core people I have ever known have been men, blue collar, working class, proper trade-unionist types meanwhile some of the most cut-throat, rutheless, social-conservative statements I have ever heard have been from women. As with all of the "women are the most empathetic gender" crap, I'll say the same thing here... women are not "more empathetic" or in this case "more left wing", a fair few women are just better liars and thus better…

Yeah, it's always been that way to an extent. Autism communities have always been a prime target for ideologues from both redpill/blackpillers and feminist/"woke" crowds. It just annoys me how people will rightly call out how harmful blackpill-type rhetoric can be in these communities, but will happily turn a blind-eye to outright man-hating.

Yeah, I do wonder how many self-diagnose or faking, as there seems to be a boom in "autistic" content creators, youtubers, influencers etc, sometimes men but typically women, who always seem to be doing well for themselves, having a partner, their own place, doing fine socially etc. That's not to say it's impossible for someone to be autistic and be doing well for themselves but it's highly anomalous. But I dunno, maybe I'm too conspiracy-brained.

You know what I think it is? I think that supposed "Progressives" have realised now that if they make spin "female autism" out as it's own distinct thing and then demonise the men on the spectrum, it allows them to claim that they "care" about autistic people (women with autism) while still allowing them to use all of the same old ableist buzzwords against men and throw autistic men under the bus. Essentially, plausible deniability.

Hasan is just some rich-kid douche who larps as Socialist. He doesn't know shit about being working class or what the average man goes through.

Every accusation is an admission. These libs (not gonna call Hasan left-wing) making something like paternal instincts out to be some creepy thing says more about them than it does about men who want to be dads. These useful idiots for capitalists and globalists will not destroy wanting a family, they will not destroy masculinity, they will not destroy wanting to be a dad.

You look at what the paper includes as sexual aggression and it's stuff like "telling a woman what she want to hear" and buying her stuff. The oofy-doofy having to give his "GF" the princess treatment? "Rapist, bury him under the prison!". Meanwhile actual rapists in prison get sent love letters. Then these same feminists turn around and wonder why the blackpill is gaining popularity amongst men.

Worse now more than ever and only keeps on getting worse. Still expected to out earn women and be the "breadwinner" despite competing with women for an ever shrinking pool of jobs. Male beauty standards have spiralled out of control, the average man is considered "chopped", anything under 6 foot is considered short, the "ideal" physique is well out of reach without performance enhancing drugs. Still expected to sacrifice ourselves in war, some disaster scenario or just for the "greater good" of …

Am I wrong though? Like, who do you think young men would rather follow... some self-hating "male feminist" leftie giving braindead toxic advice to young men, or some "alpha male" grifter who gives similarly braindead, toxic advice but at least has the material wealth to back it up.

It's all "Just be a good person bro" until a guy expresses disappointment that despite being a "good man" they're still lonely as fuck and then it's all accusatory "stop acting entitled/being nice is the bare minimum/ quit being a niceguy™". Then these absolute morons turn around and wonder why men ain't interested in taking their advice seriously, instead choosing to follow men like Tate who at least have money and cool cars.

Not that I trust Polanski's greens (or party politics in general) but any party that isn't firmly against anti-trans grifting couldn't be less of a male advocate if they tried. I agree. This may sound controversial but the whole trans vs anti-trans war going on at the moment seems like a red herring to distract from mens issues. On the pro-trans side, you got people who'll only take men's issues seriously if it's framed as "trans-men's issues" and on the anti-trans side, they believe all men are…

The reality is that the powers in charge don't like men talking. More men talking = more men dropping out = losing the "expendable" workforce. So cherry-pick extreme examples from incel forums and random social media crazies and weaponise that against any man who goes against the "narrative".

Without sounding too "blackpilled" unless he's very conventionally attractive, an autistic man might aswell kiss his dreams of having a social life goodbye because a lot of the attributes that are considered "masculine" and define a man's worth in the mind of broader society e.g. rugged independence, economic productivity, being very confident and forward are things that a lot of autistic men, including myself, struggle with.

Yeah, that's what I mean. These women in particular are like this. There's still plenty of decent women out there though.

So these women are going for their looksmatches and calling them "shrek" now? What the fuck is wrong with these people?

They never cared and never will. The only thing they care about is that men, particularly those at the bottom of society, remain good little worker drones without causing too much trouble "you'll have nothing and you'll be happy". Believe me, if things like the mansophere and incels forums didn't exist, the only outlet being suicide, all of the current faux "concern" over us men and our wellbeing wouldn't exist, it would just be business as usual.

This. People love to get on their high horse and be like "men should just make friends with other men, they aren't entitled to women!". But the reality of the situation is that having a relationship equates to so much social proof and social capital which helps with even just making friends, especially later in life. Like, it's so alienating when your coworkers talk about their wife and kids etc. while you have none of that. Unfortunately it's hard to actually talk about and properly communicate…

I think it's just another way to belittle anything a man does, similar to how "emotional labour" is weaponised.

What cult? Incels? I'll browse some incel content but disagree with the absolute doomerism that they spread. I'm just a realist; I look at my situation and consider the standards expected of me, inflated by social media and dating apps, and realise that I have no means of actually getting to a point where I can consistently date so I don't bother with it. I don't get why this upsets people so much. Somehow recognising that no woman finds me attractive and living with the fact now suddenly makes …

I don't hate women, there are still plenty of women who are pretty chill. What I hate is the dating dynamics which is why I personally don't date. Hell, I don't even "hate" the women who do fall in to the stereotype of only going after "chads", it's not really their fault it's just biology clashing with the dysfunction of the modern-day digital world.

This is pretty much it. It's selection bias, these women all go for the same dudes and then wonder why said dudes have no incentive to behave courteously. Some women will break the rules for attractive dudes and make rules for average dudes.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates02/08/25 07:55 AM

It's 100% all based on looks. Just take a look at "chadfishing" experiments, chads can say pretty much anything they want and the woman would still be into them. Meanwhile the average guy could spend ages meticulously crafting each opening message and still be ghosted.

Menslib fell off bigtime, used to be fairly okay but the kinds of threads posted years ago there wouldn't fly with their current moderation. It's full on "controlled opposition" now. It's biggest user overlap is with trollxchromosomes and witchesvspatriarchy.

This may sound "doomer" but honestly, I think that the damange is done and "progressives" don't care to fix it. The left are well aware of where they are going wrong and fully capable of stemming the flow of men from their camp to "the right" but are idealogically comitted to never enacting any change to prevent such things from happening. It doesn't matter how much people try to re-brand masculinity, at the end of the day a guy can be the perfect lifttle softboy male feminist or the biggest And…

As someone who used to lean towards more libertarian-socialist politics, something I always wonder is how such a society would play out for "unwanted" men. Like, left-wing groups are already cliquish and unable to comprehend the conditions that lead to many men essentially being completely forgotten. In a society where money doesn't convey social status, would people just end up emphasising uncontrollable attributes even more such as looks, height etc... as a means to distinguish who has "value"…

I think that left wing women hate left wing men more than they do right wing men. You could do everything right, be the perfect little male feminist only to be belittled and thrown under the bus by supposedly "left wing" women who'll happily turn a blind eye to whatever right-wing nonsense their bfs spout.

After reaching the ripe old age of 30, my piece of advice is just to reject all manosphere bs no matter if it comes from the left or right. When it comes to masculinity and men's issues, the right is malicious and the left is naive. There's a war going on between the left and right as to who gets to define masculinity and thus use men as political pawns and my response is "no thank you, only I get to decide on who I want to be and what I want to do as a man". I refuse to be some Tate fanboy, I r…

This. Men are somehow socially and emotionally stunted, yet somehow also master manipulators which requires a degree of social and emotional aptitude.

Men most at risk of "manosphere" grifter content are typically working-class men in bleak situations with no real hope for the future. So this type of content is essentially "lets all laugh at the poor dudes".

I'm still socialist, but I refuse to be part of any "progressive/socialist" groups anymore. I realised that with these groups, I could be the perfect little male-feminist ally yet they'll still throw me under the bus when it's suitable to do so, there's no winning. Look how they treat their allies when it's convenient to do so throwing around terms like "brocialist" and "manarchist" or acting like all male feminists are just allies to sneakily get laid (ironically the same thing that the right-w…
