Your rule #1 is my rule #1. I'm a bartender and have bartended at several bars in my city. I've had many women hit on me and have had quite a few proposition me while I've been working and that has been my response every time, especially with the older women, "I appreciate the offer, but I don't shit where I eat."

I used this to get over my last LTR. The music we shared, the movies/tv shows we watched, I've slowly taken them back as mine. Any time I'd spot some sort of medium that reminded me of her I'd embrace it; not to relive what we had, but to reinforce the idea that these things we may have shared weren't necessarily a component of us, but interests that I had before I met her, and shared with her while we dated. Why should I have to run away from the things that made me... me... just because we wer…

That's why I don't really listen to any mainstream American rap/hip-hop artists. I don't need to listen to some guy saying "my nigga" 48 times over a shitty, albeit catchy, beat. Brother Ali, Mac Lethal, Atmosphere are great. I like Childish Gambino, and I totally forgot about Spit Syndicate. Rizzle Kicks are pretty hipsterish, but I love their beats. They're just kookie and fun.

Nosebleed Section just makes you happy when you listen to it. Its one of those songs! I think Fifty In Five was just like a teaser to show you what they lyrically are capable of. I need to visit Oz so I can see HH, BnE, Illy, 360, Parkway Drive and Amity Affliction. Aussie Music is amazing.

Shredding The Balloon Restrung is amazing, and because that song has helped me through a few breakups and years of addiction it holds a special place for me, but I Love It, Live & Let Go are great restrung, Won't Let You Down (though quite BP) sounds fantastic restrung. Running On Air and Circus In The Sky are both amazing hip hop albums top to bottom. Act Your Age is my BnE anthem, but Coastal Kids, The Sea Is Rising, Home Is Where The Heart Is are some of my other favorite tracks from them. Yo…

Getting sober has helped me the most in dealing with my emotions. Talking about your issues, (even if it has to do with her) can be good. It helps to talk things out sometimes. As for the tinder/thinking about the ex/wanting things to work out with the ex... I'm in the same boat as you. Don't be scared, you'll end up right back where you started, but make sure its something you want to do and that you are in the right place for it. Being preoccupied with life and other things doesn't mean you ar…

From the start it was a, "holy shit! Is it possible someone could actually love me for who I am as a person?" when I didn't even really love myself, I fucking hated myself and this beautiful woman with a huge heart and a passionate soul let me in to her world. And that stuck in the back of my head. Then a friend from high school killed himself, and then I got really sick, and then I just stopped caring. We still kind of dated for several months after that, but getting drunk and high was more imp…

Dude, totally. This happened to me during my last serious relationship. I was going through a terrible depression spell and it helped create the problems that ended our relationship. More importantly, I've battled depression and anxiety most of my life, so there were hardships the whole relationship, but certain spikes helped to end it.

That could be. The entire teaching module itself seemed pretty weak.

Yes, I know the stats are wrong, but they at least take a step in pointing out that men are also victims in domestic abuse.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
