That's because porn is made by and marketed to men, it's an expression of catering to male sexual desire. There is no BBW for women because there is pretty much no porn for women. I don't know how things are where you are but in the UK a man with ED will get support from their doctor just as a woman would, and ED is univerally stigmatised whether in men and women, what would be good would be to tackle this stigma. This is not a man vs women issue and I don't know why misters are so keen to make it one.

When we walk about equal rights for women, we mean equal with those of men. It presumes men are already ahead.
