Such truth here.

Am I reading this wrong? Isn’t this a contradiction in itself? I think the more appropriate idea would be ‘AFBB is really a thing. It’s just that I wish it wasn’t.’

As a man, it’s not that I believe one is better than the other; it’s that females have the possibility of having it easier. In video game terms, women have the option to play life on easy mode. It’s only an option, but one that almost all women have as an option while only such a select few men have. So to answer the question: No, I don’t believe my life would be better. I’ve worked tirelessly to cultivate and create the life I want. But, it wasn’t easy. If the roles were reversed, I could have …

Sure, it may be fixable to some degree. There’s no argument there. What I would question is how it may be brought back to life. The thing is, genuine attraction cannot be negotiated. In most situations, whether by there own deductions or with the help of a therapist, the common orientation is to say that the woman is not happy and that by the man doing more things for her (such as doing acts around the house), that she would be more inclined to be intimate with him. That is not genuine, but, it …

In what way? What can another person give you that you may not create for yourself? In what ways do you depend on other people?

Two things here: Most men are sex deprived and so have focused far too much emphasis on sex. The other is that without sex in a relationship, what benefits, real benefits can I man derive? It’s sad how focused most men are in ‘needing’ sex. It could be correlated that the reason so many men believe in NoFap is simply because it breaks the chains of uncontrolled desire, not any magical superpowers. For most men today, it just doesn’t seem practical to be in relationships. Without that, you’re jus…

Practice in a mirror at home! For real. I use to be so terrified of it and clumsy and awkward but now it’s a skill, a tool, a trick I can pull out at different occasions that has honestly been so useful. You got this dude! Just practice in a mirror. Look stuff up on YouTube.

Oh I don’t disagree with you there. But as you know, especially seeing it as a bartender, most men are desperate. Sure, after a fair amount of casual sex, some guys feel less of a need, but how many men actually get to that point? Most are sex deprived and if you go in looking hungry, you’re going to starve.

Aren’t they? Haha It seems as if a wild amount of men in this society are fairly unregulated in their sexual desires with both sexes knowing little to nothing about what they actually die are in a partner.

Agreed on that: Porn style sex to get into a relationship. But unfortunately here in the states, prostitution is still illegal. Damn the man. We will have to agree to disagree that you can’t be tricked into a relationship. I could understand the additive of ‘against your will’, inferring that no one is holding a gun to these men’s head to be in that relationship. But, the manipulation of holding a mans own biological desire for pussy against is shitty. Too many weak men out there unfortunately. …

Is it only ‘hot’ women that get men to do stuff for them? There’s a surplus of needy, desperate men that will go to great lengths to get laid, through both manipulation and service.

I can’t tell if you’re kidding on that one. Consider how many men would prefer to just have sex but choose to stay in a relationship because they’re getting semi regular sex. Do you think that those types of women don’t know what they’re doing? It’s comical to think that men are the only manipulators here. Women are just as culpable, just in a different way because the sexes are generally after different needs. As a woman can be tricked into bed, a man can be tricked into a relationship. It’s si…

Sure, no arguments there. But just as some men use relationships to get sex, some women use sex to get relationships: Is it not hurtful to use sex to manipulate a man into an unwanted relationship?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/20 06:37 PM
1

Sure, but that’s only one group of women, not all women. Why shouldn’t it be acceptable to just want sex without commitment?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/20 05:55 PM
1

Sure. But that is more of the influence of societal standards and women having the upper hand in sexual selection, not because they don’t want to be able to say hey, you’re cool, wanna fuck?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/20 05:53 PM
1

I don’t disagree with you. But that’s one group of people. The other are independent and do not feel the need for commitment, just the pleasure of sex. It seems as if we need more individualistic people that choose not to rely on others and try to force their traumas on them, rather than insinuating that more people should be in relationships. A lot of people just want sex, nothing more; there shouldn’t be anything wrong with that notion when both parties agree to it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/20 02:16 PM
1

Why can’t people just have sex? Women tend to use sex to get into a relationship while men use relationships to get sex. If we would be adults about this, it would something to the effect of, ‘what are you looking for? Just sex? Perfect. Lets do that.’ The insinuation that to get sex you must be fully committed is silly. It’s 2020. Let the people do the other people. And for those who want relationships, go find relationships.

Uhhhhh wat? Women have more options than men. Absolutely, men should put effort in but comparatively, women do not have to put as much effort into attracting mates as men. That should be fairly common knowledge at this point.

It’s not per se that women are pickier with looks. Hell, look at high status men that are classically unattractive. They’ve got beautiful women. Looks are always subjective, surely. But the difference here is simply that women have more options and so can be a little more picky. Men, even attractive men, do not have as many options. Women operate from a Buffett, men have to hunt. And I can generally agree with The Count. I get where some guys come from, but at the end of the day, it seems that t…

Those ideals seem great, but let’s consider the reality that growing old together is a somewhat outdated motive. With 52% of marriages ending in divorce and 73% of divorces initiated by women, the old ways of thinking that a man can find a girl and settle down to live happily ever after are pretty null in these modern times. As regards shared experiences, what experiences would you share that you can’t share with friends? What does a Fuckbuddy relationship reduce even further?

It may not be appealing but consider honestly, what benefit does a relationship give men when you take sexuality out of it? Anything that could be derived can be produced from friends without the stress and responsibility of a relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/02/20 05:28 AM

A family, absolutely. That’s the primary reason to be with someone long term. But for a lot of guys, a relationship without an emphasis on sex just doesn’t yield a lot of return. So many men would love to believe the idealistic view that we were taught growing up but the reality is that the risk doesn’t match the reward. With 52% of marriages ending in divorce and 73% of those initiated by women, the old ways of believing that if you give yourself to your woman and provide and sacrifice yourself…

I don’t disagree with that view of Fuckbuddies. My point is that without sex, a relationship doesn’t have much. We like to say ‘companionship’, but it’s pretty clear that there are more people that feel alone in a relationship than feel the need of another. For a lot of men, without sex in a relationship, a woman doesn’t provide much value. That may seem sexist at first blush but really consider what women provide for men that they can’t get from their peers.

But what is the point? What is the benefit if there is no sex?

What other reason is there to be with a man? If he cannot provide provisions to a greater degree than she can, what value is a man? What do women look actually desire in a man? Do they want sex? Maybe. But a good vibrator can usually do more for them than any man. Do they want companionship? Maybe. But most woman have friends that are better listeners than men. Do they want security to break the lonesome nights? Maybe. But they could go online or to a bar and have all the affection they could us…

You’ve got to go out, man. My girl and I tried that shit once and it’s useless. Go out and have fun. The trick is to not have expectations. If you set in your mind that you’re going to bring a girl home, it’ll show and it’s always weird. Remember this: If you look hungry, you’re going to starve. Women can see right through that shit when you’re hunting and it rarely if ever works. Go out just to have fun. Set that tone, that energy and let others match it. People want to be a part of it. We went…

No, never a good idea to tell a woman that type of information. It’s like your body count. Never, under any circumstance, does a woman need to know that information. It can come off in the wrong way to different women and I would imagine that she saw you as either a player or pathetic. If something like that comes up, talk about how you’re just a guy who likes to get out, have fun, and meet fun people. You can then turn that around to make it seem like maybe she’s the one that’s not fun and that…

For sure. But, I don’t know if they’ll ever be even. This where a difference in biology plays a large part. It’s certainly not that women shouldn’t be in whatever position they desire if they have the proper qualifications. Rather, a lot of women choose to focus more of a family rather than juggling a career and family.

Hell yeah brother, you’re on the right track. Something to remember is that all these things are simply tools to add to your arsenal. You’re absolutely on the right path. Continue to create yourself in the most powerful, masculine and individualistic ideal that you can. Learn to never be reliant on anyone else, to take responsibility for everything your life, and to be aware of where you are and where you’re going at all times. As regards women, cold approach. It’s painful, it’s awkward, but it …

The reason has to do with a difference in priorities. Men and women want different things. gasp Take for example, Physicians: Make doctors consistently work more hours than their female counterparts. In no way does that mean that female doctors are not as smart, hard working, and productive at what they do. The reason this gap exists has to do with the priorities towards what drives most males and most females. For women, accumulating wealth and status has almost no bearing on whether or not the…

Best thing you can do is get out there and take the risk. I’m sure you’ve read this and that about escalation but honestly, and I say this wishing I could tell you some secret move or trick that ups your odds or makes a shortcut, but the truth is the only way is practice. Get out there and take that risk. The only firm advice that I can give you, as someone who use to be quite a shy, reserved, overly respectful guy, is create the best version of yourself. Don’t “just be yourself”; most people ar…

Besides sex, what do most women have to offer? To be clear, I believe that goes both ways in that most men have never taken the time to cultivate themselves and live as a powerful individual. Most men are so sex deprived that it’s the first thing on their mind and do not find real value in women. That’s why so many men seem awkward and needy. Women use sex to get into relationships; men use relationships to get sex. There’s a generally understood agreement that if the man does more for the woman…

No doubt my dude. Safer, supposedly more consistent sex is the main reason, beyond that, what is there really? My wife is also as you described yours. We really do get along so well. We have similar tastes in a good many things, but I’m not sure how she brings any real value in my life. I appreciate your response man. And yeah, I do have feelings for her. I absolutely do. Your analogy to the way I love her akin to the love for a pet is apt. She really is an awesome woman, but the sad truth is I just don’t get relationships. The question at some point became, ‘what is the actual benefit of a relationship for me?’ My ethics are questionable at best. Marriage is an absolute sham and a poor deal for men in a modern society. I I’m using her by having her pay for everything. I bring …
