not necessarily a cost of living issue. defintelly a factor, but in this day and age it makes much more sense to stack as much wealth as possible. especially when you're young. again, this is not forever, but it goes a long way the sooner you get started. everything is hypercompetitive and wealth helps you achieve what you want.

this. i think the best time to start having kids is honestly 42-45 years old, to a max of 50. I think after 50 it's just too old really. But I think your 30's to mid 40's as a man should be the reward it deserves to be given the amount of work leading up to it. It's called delayed gratification. everyone in my generation, (z) are literally obssessed with phones and are actually so glued into them, they will walk into people or objects, because they're so focused on their phone. I don't blame people for not wanting to participate particualrlly if it's a lonely path for them. Which is virtually the case for most men. Be a woman, download social media, feel good in matter of moments. i thought of this all the time, basically make university free or provide courses to allow for cheap networking or anything to get into a group of young people. I missed out on uni for the connections because paying 10 grand a year plus miss out on income oppurtunities like my job seems like a really bad deal. I already earn more then the average without a degree and im only young... ​ id go to the communal if it was affordable.
