Its the perception of bachelor's to be often reckless and free spirited but the main difference is in values of women where the majority (despite "modern women stereotypes") still hold creating a family as their number one life goal and they feel that the values of the man need to be changed to be more family minded

Lower your regular dopamine intake for less productive and more trivial things like media and pornography- then when you start to work on more impactful things you'll get a greater dopamine rush from feeling on the 'right' path and will give you the motivation to achieve your goals. Too many people have the misconception that dopamine is a pleasure drug when it's really a motivation drug convincing you to repeat the behaviour that you feel will be most beneficial

Its perhaps easily the best economics book for the general public to be able to understand without needing to look at graphs and charts- instead they get replaced with real world examples so you can reach a far deeper level of understanding
