No I think whoever wrote this is on to something. We should take women and separate them from men. Then we put them in specialized facilities that can deal with their needs. I just don't know what to call them... correctional femcilities? /s

That's where my opinion and Moran's diverge. EDIT: I don't know if I was able to properly say what I wanted to say. I think people should read books they can identify with to help them understand themselves and books they can't identify with to help them understand other people. I made the above statements while I was very tired, I'm sorry if I mislead you.

I don't think u/moral-contraceptive was saying that male authors hate women. I think what he/she is trying to say is that the average woman knows the experiences of the average woman better than the average man, which I think is true. The followup to that point is that young children (who are struggling to find some kind of guidance and kinship) might connect more with stories and art geared towards them.

By ignoring data or placing greater weight on data the data she wanted?

Why is that a problem?

So the data was not gathered for the hypothesis which was tested by the study? Is that what happened?

Can you explain to me the part about it not being a double blind or whatever? I'm a stats noob, I don't get what's wrong with the study.

I love how the woman's name isn't mentioned anywhere, while the man's name is everywhere.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
