I'm sure you are aware of the troubles he will be in when the mother gets out of prison and wants custody back. I wasn't saying he shouldn't fight, just acknowledging the legal hurdles that have been put in front of him. I thought circumcision was a trivial issue until one of my friends revealed to me that they had a botched one. The impact this one event had on his life was huge and I just didn't understand why it had to happen. This guy would have been healthy and alive without a circumcision and there is nothing wrong with him now but he is no better off. Probably because it wasn't the reason the employer gave, so they couldn't say that without being legally liable. It wouldn't surprise me if women had more attempts at suicide than men. Women are told if they cry loud enough people will listen, many suicide attempts are cries for help. Men are told that signs of weakness are unmanly, so are less likely to use suicide as a cry for help and more likely to make sure they succeed so as not to face the humiliation of having attempted it. I think we should understand why it is insulting to not pay for a date in our culture. She isn't going to see it as a sexist expectation but an insult to her status. We need to sue the schools for title IX breaches. These policies don't uphold title IX, they actually break it. Since sexual assault has been labeled a gendered issue according to title IX, the unfair prosecution of these charges can be a gendered issue. If you can prove that these trials are prejudice against men, you can sue based on title IX. I honestly don't think it would be that difficult to do, since I can already see a lot of unfair expulsion cases involving men but none involving women.

If you have a legitimate report, why would you be scared of false rape allegations? I mean let's be honest, only 2-6 percent of accusers are ever convicted of having made an FRA. I'm not sure how many those people purport to be innocent but most crimes have a false conviction rate of about 2-6 percent. Laws should be fair, equitable and work for everybody. I know it's a hard ask but you cannot go down the road of legislating differently for different classes of people. In cases of car insurance, I think it's perfectly fine for them to look at your driving record or your previous insurance claims. But you shouldn't be charged more for how you are born. Same with health.

Actually we do a lot on the side of the perpetrator. If you are caught having committed a sexual assault or rape you will be charged and tried. You can face up to 25 years in prison.
