Harassment is not apart of Free Speech, and intentionally and directly using the wrong pronouns towards someone while in a position of power over them is harassment. Trans people and enbies have a higher suicide rate when surrounded by people who misgender them, as it is deeply mentally scaring to be told you aren't you, especially by people in positions of power or who you care about.
