1	Why I only lift light weights and why "Compound free weights or nothing" isn't always the answer. Is that squat bench dead lift? 8	Bill O'Reilly hits the problem with the black community on the head. I'm black and I find that viewpoint interesting as well. I also agree with everything O'Reilly said to the letter. I, as well as most of my urban black friends, despise being subservient in any capacity. 20	Girl compliments fashion. What's a classy response? Believe it or not, I've been getting this for years. The thing that I've found that builds the most intrigue is to say something along the lines of "Thanks, it's my job". If she doesn't take the bait, she's left thinking you must do something significant.
