Dont lift 'some more'. Lift like its the one and only goal in your life. Lifting will increase your testosterone and make you naturally crave to be more dominant.

Check out the PHAT program (power hypertrophy adaptive training). Word of warning, it might be too much if you're a beginner. Listen to your body and adjust the program accordingly.

Future is great. I recommend listening to the DS2 album if people are interested but don't really know him. It may be hard to get into but its worth it

Not only are you going to bed too late, the difference in time when you go to bed each day (3am-7am) is also way too big. You need a better sleep rhythm. Try going to bed at 12 o clock every day and setting your alarm at 8am. Your body will adjust and after a couple days you'll feel much better in the mornings because your body has a consistent rhythm.

Check out this article: http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/ched-evans-trial-masterclass-why-women-dont-report-rape-1586457 Feminists pulling amazing mental gymnastics and twisting the case in favor of the woman who falsely accused him. God this shit makes me mad.

Try not fapping for a week. Jerking off four times a day is making you comfortable in the situation you're in. Edit: also, stop watching porn

This is your rock bottom, realize it. It's time to be a man and start improving yourself as much as possible. Read self-improvement books, focus harder on lifting and do whatever the fuck you can to be the best version of you ALL THE TIME. Keep this up and I guarantee you won't be thinking about this girl anymore within months. Put in the work or stay miserable for the rest of your life.

As a date progresses there should be constant escalation. It doesnt have to be extremely fast, as long as there's some movement. If you feel like the date isn't escalating any further, its time to go home and try again next time. Reason for this is that if there is no escalation the date will get boring very quickly. Leave earlier and let them come back for more.

Patrices entire game revolved around defeating bitches with logic. Thats the reason he can explain everything so well. He went extremely far in explaining to women why they were in the wrong for doing a certain thing. This can obviously work but only if you have the amount of levels to your game that patrice had. The redpill way of dealing with it is much more covert and a lot easier to do. E.g. instead of explaining to them what they did wrong, just give them less attention or up your dread gam…

This can absolutely work, but you do have to remain realistic. Some people have better genetics than others or whatever. People are just different. You can let others inspire you to work even harder and try to compete with them, just don't let it completely consume you.

You're right. However, your job is to make her attraction to you stronger than her fear of god. You've already done this in the past, however, the attraction has declined over time. Which means its time to step up your game.

Thats your lack of confidence talking. You will gain confidence the moment you start actively improving yourself. I can recommend reading The Manual by W. Anton in regards to improving your game. Also, listen to the Black Phillip show, it will teach you important lessons about dealing with women and even what you should prioritize in life in general. And obviously you should lift. These are just a few things that will make you become a better man. Do things like this every day, and you will feel…

Completely agree. You have to improve yourself as a man before you start to feel confident about your options. Improving yourself is not neccesarily hard, but it does requires a lot of discipline. If you put in the work and have the discipline, you will improve your life immensely

Living in the Netherlands, I notice that people here are a lot more critical and rational about things than Americans. Not trying to disrespect Americans, but I notice that a lot of advice given on redpill is too extreme for the Netherlands. American culture is a lot like ours, but way more extreme.

If you think she's hot, add her. It might be an uphill battle in comparison to a regular approach but you dont have anything to lose. Just be direct with her and don't put too much effort in it.
/r/askTRP05/06/16 10:31 AM
3

Not if you do it confidently. You're already pulling her aside, your interest in her is obvious. If you try to hide your interest you will come across as selfconcious or risk ending up in the friendzone. Edit: grammar

/r/askTRP30/05/16 11:07 AM
2

Just fyi, this situation puts you 1-0 behind from the start. It's still possible to get the girl but the fact that your bro has to approach her instead of you is not helping your chances. My advice is to just be direct to the girl. Tell her you think she's cute and introduce yourself.
/r/askTRP30/05/16 11:04 AM
2

The fact that your mind draws blank tells me that you do have approach anxiety. Anyways, just try being direct. There is no need for an 'excuse'. Tell the girl you think she's cute. Introduce yourself and go from there. Pretty much any topic is fine. Remember, girls pay way more attention to your body language and voice intonation than what you actually have to say.

If she thought this 'date' was about being friends then you did not make your intentions clear enough to her. I think that you messed up in your first interactions with this girl. You dont 'have' to call it a date. Just saying you want to 'grab drinks' or whatever is enough but you should already be giving her the impression that you are sexually interested in her. Women decide very quickly whether they want to just be friends with a dude or if they want to fuck him. You can make this very clear…

Sounds like you're hanging with him a lot. Why do you do that? He's clearly a hater who does not deserve your attention. The impression I'm getting from your examples is that you do care about his opinion subconciously. Maybe because he's high SMV or just because he hates you for some unknown reason. My advice to you is either talk to him (in private) and confront him about why he's always being a dick to you and demand that he stops it, OR completely ignore him, don't talk to him, don't acknowl…

'Which bothers me because I'm comfortable with myself and I like who I am' You contradict yourself here. If you were truely comfortable with yourself you would really not care about what others might think/say. Be honest with yourself. If it really bothers you you clearly still value the opinion of others too much. I don't blame you, it's fucking hard to give 0 fucks about what other people think. If someone tries to put you on the spot and makes fun of you, try to act like you don't give a fuck…

Yeah it's absolutely possible to get girls without being super social. The thing is I want to be super social because that will make me learn and develop faster and ultimately it's the type of person I want to be. I want to be extremely social, talk to everyone I meet and make everybody around me instantly feel comfortable.
/r/askTRP08/05/16 01:45 PM

You need to let the girl decide if she wants to cheat or not. She might be happy in the relationship and ignore his advances. Or she might be unhappy and cheating with this dude or the next Chad she meets is the best choice she makes in years. The point is you don't know and you should let her make the decision. Although I do have to say that the 'dont shit where you eat' rule might apply in this situation. Then again, OP knows the situation best and should make the decision.

Okay maybe I didnt ask the question correctly, he knows that he wants to break up with her and why. The answers I'm looking for are logistical. Like whats the best way to break up with her, should he confront her about her behavior or just tell her 'It's over' and break contact. What should he say to her to make the breakup as quickly and easy as possible for him. And, to use this as a learning point, WHY do you think that he should he do it that way. In addition, how can he get over her emotion…
/r/askTRP24/04/16 07:06 PM

Do you think it would be better to present the facts to her as opposed to just saying something simple like 'its over'? And why?
/r/askTRP24/04/16 06:28 PM

Disregarding the fact that this is not at all the case, the question was how to make the breakup as easy as possible on him.

Do NOT ever use that 'cheeky' reply. This girl is most likely very fucked up in the head. Just tell her you were too drunk to remember anything as well. My advice after this is break off all contact with her.

You have to realize you're still a kid. Don't get too involved with this shit yet because it will do more bad than good for you in the long run. The one thing you can already do is make sure you set goals for yourself and try to accomplish them. Don't waste too much time on pointless things like playing video games because in the end, you'll be happier doing something that makes you a better person. Also, try to stay physically active. Your older self will thank you for it. Come back in 2-3 year…

Arnold is a perfect example of how important testosterone is. Arnold has obviously had very high levels of testosterone ever since being a teen. If you read his biography you'll see that he's always had an insane drive, continuously set goals for himself and completed them. He shows what your potential can be if you have the right mindset and the right hormones. Edit: read this dude's biography

Read some (rp) material about being dominant in bed. If you manage to be dominant she will enjoy it even though you will most definitely fuck up some things. But the most important thing is to just enjoy it, learn from it and use it to improve yourself. Good luck

And when you do actually talk, sit back in your chair, put your hands behind your head or whatever and act like you're the shit. Also try to not sit across from her, but next to her (not directly, just sit on the left or right side off the table instead of the other end). This makes touching her a lot easier. Also, don't be focused on the outcome. You're gonna make lots of mistakes so just go there with the mentality to learn/have fun.

Not sure how old you are, but you can try out bars and restaurants. Or promotion companies that send people to crowded places to give out flyers or free samples. Or a sales job. Try to find a job where you have a lot of social contact with as many different people as possible.
/r/askTRP23/03/16 10:39 AM
1

But her ex was? How is your sex life with her? Do you dominate in the bedroom, make her try new things? It seems to me that she is not going all the way for you because it's simply not needed. You need to either improve yourself greatly (lift, get better in bed, up your dreadgame) or leave her. Or accept the position you're in right now. There's a good book about improving your sex life thats recommended on this sub a lot, can't remember the name though.
/r/askTRP23/03/16 09:48 AM

Start by wearing clothes that compliment your curves. If you dont feel like you have a good body, actually, even if you do feel like you have a good body, go to the gym asap, look into lifting programs like stronglifts 5x5. Squat, squat, squat. Wear heels, improve your make-up skills, show more skin.
/r/askTRP23/03/16 09:29 AM

You might need to distance yourself from the theory for a while. It will always be in the back of your head, but try to focus more on having fun than what effect your words and choices have on others. You have to truly not give a fuck what people think and just do what feels like fun to you. You're not alone in this, I sometimes get too caught up with the theory as well and I forget to have fun. Taking a 'break' helps.
/r/askTRP23/03/16 09:08 AM

Sometimes you just need to hang with different people. If he makes you feel inferior, then you will act like it when you're with him. I think you need to take a break from hanging with him and go out with other people, or if you want to, go alone. Stop feeling bad about this. Pretty much everyone feels inferior to certain others. You have to learn to accept who you are. You already have the right mindset. I can recommend reading the chapter 'Confidence' in the book The Manuel by W Anton. It will…
/r/askTRP21/03/16 06:11 PM

Yeah thats the best option. Don't text her anymore, unless you're in her town. If she reinitiates contact later on you could try once more to get her to come over. In the meanwhile, focus on other girls
/r/askTRP21/03/16 05:11 PM

Yeah I'm going to try for sure, do you think it would be better to do it asap or to wait a few days?
