4	Is this sexism? Had a similar experience at my workplace a few weeks ago. I was working on an agency award submission, preparing the section about “Equality & Diversity” - in which the provided copy highlighted (with no small amount of gleeful pride) that 60% of our workforce are female. I can’t tell if you’re being wilfully ignorant or are actually just an idiot with poor reasoning skills. Birth is a necessary biological function for the procreation of the human race.
