Not just /r/AskReddit. /r/AskWomen is also a wonderful place to find these type of questions more targeted towards women. As always, use your judgment on questions that shouldn't be asked on a date.

Oh and if you only remember ONE question, let it be the one about a horse sized duck or duck sized horses in a fight... You know what, it's actually not a bad question to ask out of the fucking blue. It'll throw them off their usual polite-conversation bullshit. They'll picture a horse sized duck and loads of duck sized horses. Who wouldn't?! That might actually make her laugh. And so on...

And it's not a small subreddit at all. I feel like I'm slowpoke in the slowpoke meme.

Do you have any tips for making it not creepy? Just smile if after a couple of seconds (or even a second).

I held eye contact with a girl while walking for a bit too long and walked straight into a wall. That's awesome! It would have been a good ice-breaker if the girl noticed this. You can just laugh it off, or say something like, "Look what you've done to me!"

ANY British accent works like a charm abroad. Not Indian accent, buddy. For maximum punch, read this in Indian accent in your mind.

I was doing my best to keep eye contact but I was really nervous. I was actually shaking. Sorry, I laughed out loud at this part just imagining you shaking and still trying to maintain eye contact. But seriously, great start.

It always freaks me out when someone who's not very close to me cares for me way beyond my mother would, especially, if I'm recently acquainted with that person. Hats off to that girl. A guy had actually written something like this on my FB once. I deleted those messages, and just called him up and told him that I did so because people were starting to tease me for being a closeted gay and that I'm not. The point of my personal story is that it's awkward and embarrassing for the girl, too, here.

Awesome, champ! Way to go. Keep trying, and you'll succeed. Cliche, I know, but that's the only thing that's guaranteed to work in PUA stuff. Put yourself out there.

There's a common saying in reddit: "Haters gonna hate."

I think it's kind of assumed that you won't be leading someone on if you don't find them attractive. So no, you can break the eye contact first in this case. Don't feel guilty, there are plenty of women who don't find you attractive, too, and that's just the way it is.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
