Men are pigs, Men are rapists, Men are oppressors They have the get-out-of-jail-free card by simply responding to complaints with Obviously, I don't me literally all men.

Jokes on them. Outside of a few top riders, the men don't make any money either.

The way I know this is fake: Thursday and Monday were holidays, but they scheduled a "big meeting" for the Friday in between? Nah. That didn't happen. No one is that stupid.

I still think feminism is for equality between genders So why do you choose to believe this false feminist propaganda but refuse to believe the genuine, honest assertion that all MRAs want is gender equality?
/r/MensRights10/05/22 11:34 PM

I'm a feminist because the main goal of feminism is equality for all genders. You have been mislead. Feminism is interested in gender equality when it benefits women. Perhaps I can explain it to you this way: John, a man, has 10 apples, 14 oranges and 20 bananas. Mary, a woman, has 20 apples, 20 oranges and 4 bananas. Both have a total of 44 fruits, so some might say "yeah, generally equal, let's move on". But if you don't buy that, there are a number of ways to create true equality: Mary could …

Feminism as it's defined is equality between all genders. Then why does the National Organization for Women - the largest feminist organization in the country - continue to lobby against shared custody and elimination of permanent alimony in Florida? If the largest feminist organization in the world doesn't represent feminism, then who does?

It sounds like you believe in gender equality for all. If so, that makes you a Mens Rights Advocate because that's all we are asking for and working towards.

Alot of this subreddit seems like men equality advocates drooling over women feminist getting some comeuppance I think that fix should make things more clear.

And abortion doesn't save men from unwanted children anyway. There's 4 scenarios: Both parents want the baby. With or without abortion, the baby is born and both parents are happy. She wants the baby and he doesn't. With our without abortion, the baby is born and he's stuck with child support. He wants the baby and she doesn't. With abortion, the baby is aborted and he misses out on a fatherhood he wanted. Without abortion, he gets to enjoy fatherhood and receive child support from the mother. N…

It's a rather sexist attitude to forget about all those scenarios where a woman aborts a baby that was very much wanted by the father. But, of course, the gather has zero say in that. But, yeah, banning abortion just makes things worse for men.

Well, yeah then. If you want to have a child, then you have to actually take care of the child. I'm honestly confused why you're confused.
/r/MensRights07/05/22 10:11 PM

they also have to actually take care of the child. Adoption. Boom! I'm sure I just blew your mind.

The one I like is "and then foreign women don't need to give birth in America to gain citizenship for their child, so long as a child is conceived in America they should be citizens"! Nevermind that the U.S. Constitution literally says born in the United States.
/r/MensRights06/05/22 11:06 PM

You can only protect yourself so much. The woman need not be drunk in the scenario I painted above. For some women, the mere fact that they had been drinking is anough.

Any accusation that the accuser knows is false when they make is, in my opinion, a malicious accusation.
/r/MensRights04/05/22 07:52 PM

I classify them into "malicious false accusation" and "confused false accusations". Malicious false accusations are what most people think of when they think of false accusations. The woman who wants to "take a man down" or who cheated and doesn't want her boyfriend to know, etc. They know that the accusation is false when they make it. But the confused false accusations are more like what you're talking about here. The girl who has consensual sex with some guy she met at a party where alcohol w…

I don't think I'm oppressed Because you're not.

LOL. Wut? Women only account for about 7% of the U.S. prison population. Women receive sentences that are 60% shorter than men for the same crime. Check your privilege, ma'am. You're so damn accustomed to your extreme privilege that when you experience anything even close to equality you think you're being oppressed. Get over yourself.

Men have so many rights that they literally rape and kill women and get away with. FYI, rape is illegal. Men do not have the right to rape. Sorry you're confused.

Those rights are are (a) not codified into law and (b) only apply to people who choose to be members of those religions. They aren't rights, at all. And if abortion is banned, both men and women will be banned from getting an abortion. Nothing sexist about it. Same theory, right?
/r/MensRights03/05/22 05:14 PM

Those rights could be established separate from abortion. They would be if we actually lived in a patriarchy.

75% of Americans, including a plurality of Republicans, now support Roe and abortion protections. When asked the question, 75% may say that. However, for a lot of people, it's really just a non-issue and it's not going to influence their vote. Keep their taxes low, keep the economy rolling, keep social security funded - you get their vote. They don't really care about your position on abortion.

It's an opportunity for MRAs and Feminists to work together for a common good. We'll help them out with getting abortion rights re-established if they help us out with getting men the right to financial abortion.

what she thinks i could be making This is what causes the "wage gap". For whatever reasons (and there are many), men don't spend a lot of time worrying about job satisfaction. It's just about taking whatever job you can make the most money doing. When you don't do that and you're a circumstance like the OP, the court orders you to. But women are much more focused on "job satisfaction". So they take lower pay if it's a more meaningful job, has better hours, is more flexible, has more paid time of…

They make such negative generalizations about men without substantial evidence, just feelings and anecdotes. And it's a self-fulfilling prophecy too. You know that saying "if everywhere you go smells like shit, check the bottom of your shoe". Well the women who only see negatives in men are seeking out those men who are shitty and then saying "see, all men are the same".

The thing I really, really, really don't understand about TwoX and feminists in general, is this: "Men Suck." That is a complete sentence. There is no ambiguity in that statement. It is saying that men - all men - 100% of men - all suck. Yet when you point this out to them, they reply with a straight face "obviously not all men". I don't understand how they can misinterpret their own statement so poorly. And if they would simply stop using words and phrases that don't mean what they think they m…

I don't see why it's an issue for women who have to gestate it and miss work for periods of time to want to make sure their co-parent is educated enough to make rational decisions and/or be able to contribute Because when it comes to missing work, pregnancy is no different than an illness. And both men and women are susceptible to that. We can all have a situation where we need to be out of work for a couple weeks and need to make sure that doesn't financially devastate us. For most people, that…

most men do not feel the need to give their female partners pleasure. Hetero sex is usually centered around men. LOL. Your bias is showing. It is expected and almost guaranteed that a woman will give their male partner oral LOL. wut? entitled to safe std-free and child-free sex? I don't understand your point. A man has just as much right to say "no sex with a condom" as you do to say "no sex without a condom". If you disagree, that's entitlement.
/r/MensRights16/04/22 07:36 PM

Why wouldn't she be on birth control? But if she's not, then no sex for her.
/r/MensRights16/04/22 07:23 PM

The real reason is that it isn't worth my while. If I'm not getting anything out of it, what's the point? if I'm just interested in getting her off to be a nice guy, my tongue probably works better anyway.

Men have every right to say "no sex with a condom" just as much as women have a right to say "not sex without a condom".
/r/MensRights16/04/22 06:13 PM

Sort of a non-issue because most guys are willing to have sex with a condom over not having sex. Speak for yourself. I'd rather watch a movie or go for a walk than fuck with a condom. What's the point?

If someone is uncomfortable using a condom then just don’t have sex. Yeah. Sometimes they get really pissed when you choose that option.
/r/MensRights16/04/22 03:07 PM

Nah, a lot of chicks get downright pissed off when they insist you wear a condom and you respond with something like "yeah, I don't really get anything out of having sex with a condom on, so let's just watch a movie instead".
/r/MensRights16/04/22 03:21 AM

If I tell someone we have to use condoms or we can’t have sex, With that caveat, you're fine. The problem is women who think they're entitled to sex with a condom even if the guy isn't comfortable with that.

A dude is entitled to not fuck her if he can't handle that. That's what I'm saying. She's not entitled to get fucked if he's not interested in fucking her.

As long as she's willing to forego sex and not pitch a fit if you choose to not want to have sex with a condom.
/r/MensRights16/04/22 01:55 AM

Bullshit. No one should be shamed into wearing a condom if they don't want to. It's perfectly fine to opt out of sex if she insists upon a condom. We aren't just sexual playthings for them to use, we deserve to get pleasure too.

The bigger question here is whether they'll be arresting 6 year old little girls who go topless.
/r/MensRights15/04/22 05:30 PM

No shit. This is the bigger deal. 50/50 custody is important, but a lot of men were able to get that under the existing law. But you're in a marriage for 17+ years with a non-income-earning or lower-income-earning spouse and there was not even any discretion. Alimony will be awarded and it will be due until one of you died. There is no provision for reducing alimony payments if the payer wants to retire. Get rid of that brings Florida well into the mid-1980's.

she divorced him and by law he is required to give her $1,700 per week until either she marries again, of which she has no intention, or she turns a certain age. (I forget if it's until she turns 65 or he does) Consider your uncle lucky. If this was Florida, it would be until one of them died. He's saving 20-30 years of payments compared to places where it's bad.

I thought we were already living in a world with conditional consent; where consent can be conditioned upon certain criteria such as wearing a condom. I see no reason why "terminate any resulting pregnancy" cannot be a condition of consent. Then when a women gets pregnant after having sex with that condition, she has two options (1) terminate the pregnancy, or (2) be guilty of rape.

It seems the defiant spirit of the feminist Take Back the Night marches is dead. In its place is a new narrative that urges women to give in to fear. What? Feminists are encouraging women to live in fear? Yeah.. that ship has sailed.

It's so frustrating to read so many threads on women's subreddits where a woman just states that "my drink was spiked" or "I was roofied" and just state it as a fact with no evidence. Unless they've had a toxicology test to verify that, I just assume they over-indulged.

No. (And removal of a condom isn't rape either). Rape by deception is when you don't actually understand the sex you're consenting to. The "evil twin" situation. Or when your girlfriend blindfolds you and then has her friend suck you off. Beyond that, "rape by deception" is an incredibly slippery slope that essentially makes everything potentially rape. If a person regrets granting consent, then there was rape by deception. Why? Because whatever causes their regret is something they could have b…

Has anyone else had the opportunity to observe their stay-at-home spouse's workday during the pandemic by working from home? My wife spends 2 mornings doing chores (cleans one days, grocery shopping & errands another day). She spends maybe an hour +/- making dinner 5 days per week. Dinner cleanup is typically less than 30 minutes. Laundry is intermittent and could total maybe 5 hours per week. The rest of the day she's reading, scrolling her phone or on the computer. We no longer have kids at ho…

Exactly this. If you consider a random ass grab, or someone brushing up against you on crowded public transit, or someone "undressing you" with their eyes, etc. as "harassment and assault", then literally every person - of any gender - on the plan has been sexually harassed or assaulted.
/r/MensRights10/10/21 09:19 PM

I'm not surprised by this, but I really just don't get how they limit it to condom removal. Either have the law apply to "misrepresenting and tampering with birth control & STD prevention" or don't have the law at all.
