1	A lesson about being honest with yourself and the sobering affects of contrasting feelings. So would you say a part of TRP is self compassion? I find that I see a lot of "this is wrong with me, I'm beta this and I am not the top 3% alpha" which communicates a lot self abuse and self criticism; a sense of being behind in life compared to others. But thinking all those all the time is exhausting to say the least and can't be good for your self esteem. 3	A Note on Plates From male POV, I have had a handful of partners and relationships, so not extensive experience. However, girls I should have pumped n dumped were not in line with who I am.
