I'm not sure who gets away with it more, but apparently men are more likely to cheat. Thankfully, it's still a minority of people, though. Most people aren't cheaters.

Yeah, he would have been the bigger person. Calling her names doesn't quite lower him to her level, but he knocks himself down a peg.

Cheating men say this, too. It's not limited to women. There are men and women alike who cheat. It's shitty, and they're shitty. IMO, there's no reason to make it about women and use sexist language.

Probably not at 2am when you're not turning on lights. I'll give you a different analogy, if it helps. I'm very short, and my husband is over a foot taller than me. If I leave cabinet doors open, he sometimes hits his head on a corner of a cabinet. What if I told him the same thing? "How hard is it to check if the cabinet door is closed?" No, it's not that. I don't mind having to "work." If the lid is down, I can lift it. The risk is falling in. Waking up in the middle of the night, I've fallen into the toilet before. Granted, I've also sat down on a lid before, but sitting on a lid isn't a problem. I'll stand up and lift the lid. Falling into the toilet is a problem. Just put the seat down.

My SO displays such ingenuity at times. When we were painting the ceiling in our bedroom, moving a ladder around proved quite inefficient so he taped the paint roller & brush to broom handles. That's not very ingenius. In fact, most handles for things like brooms unscrew, and a paint roller screws right on. They are made for that (although not really made to be taped).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
