Your last line is the most important. That's something not many have picked up on - Tinder is trying to protect the egos of fat chicks.

Kind of. In the short term, yes, there will be lots of divorces and drama. However, in the long term, this will alter womens behaviour so as to avoid getting caught (whether that be using condoms or not cheating/lying).

Great FR. I found the Facebook status insufferable though. Arguing on the Internet with a broken plate that you were once friend zoned by is a waste of everybodies time.

Agree 100% with your take. I'd like to add emphasis to the competition for women - Aussie gym culture for men is huge, with no such drive for women to improve themselves physically. Thus the inflated egos of these Australian women. To add to the wall hitting of women, evidenced by the huge number of newspaper articles about 'where have all the good men gone?', we don't have a particularly religious culture so there is less emphasis for men to get married.

Most guys, whether RP or not, will have moments when they realise that they could have got laid/a girl was into them. Poor guy had his on national TV. Interestingly, this would have happened when Fallon was finishing up as a cast member on SNL and Kidman was probably at her career peak. So let it be a lesson to you, if the signs are there, don't let it get into your head that a girl couldn't possibly be into you because of how attractive or successful she is.

My plates all have very different hairstyles and there's nothing I enjoy more than seeing the look in their eyes as they find another girls hair in my bed after we've banged. Before TRP I was always very quick to wash my sheets after a bang (incase I get lucky again soon!) but now with girls on the regular I let the washing stretch out a bit for the same reason you like that sweatshirt.

1) don't let her choose the venue, and failing that don't let it be an expensive restaurant. 2) I think by asking her to chip in 20% you're making it less likely for her to pay. At 20%, you're offering to subsidise her food/drinks but not shout it. A strange situation. If you put down cash for just the things you're paying for then you're not trying to buy her off and you can say you don't buy drinks for girls. In this situation, I would almost just advocate taking the hit on the 20% and learn f…

I fully agree with what you've said but I think you need to consider that the two aren't completely mutually exclusive. I spin plates and have fuck buddies because I'm trying to find a girl I want to spend the rest of my life with. I'll spin them to decide if I want to develop a deeper relationship. Sure, some of them aren't going to develop in a LTR and we both know that, but I'm investing very little time and energy into it and I don't let it detract from my search for a worth LTR.

Feminine strategy IS effective. We sit here in TRP and discuss the successes of feminism in changing society and yet think ourselves above the same tactics and strategies they have utilised. There's been some group wank in this thread about male action and the propensity of a group of men to 'get stuff done'. Don't confuse the fact that just because you're in a collective of men doesn't mean you're getting shit done - you might just, you know, be sitting around in a group of men doing fucking no…

It's been a while since I've seen that episode but I actually feel as if they put that quote in to show the fallibility, ego and ignorance of Frank. He thinks that power is more important than money because that is what he has. However, as shown in this article: http://www.returnofkings.com/31966/what-house-of-cards-tells-us-about-money-and-power We know that it's not true.

Thanks for posting this. I was watching some of the self-congratulatory pats on the back of people estimating a high SMV for themselves and couldn't help but cringe. You as an individual don't determine your dating value, that's up to the buyer. A great example of this is Antique Roadshow (tv show) where delusional individuals rock up expecting fortunes for their odd collectibles. Sadly they realise that their treasure is actually only worth what someone is prepared to pay for it. Your value isn…

Sleep with your blinds/curtains open. It provides a soft, natural limit on how late you can sleep that you can't alter. I don't think anyone likes waking up to a beeping alarm clock but there's something peaceful about waking up to brightening light throughout your room.

Always take sides in an argument. " A Prince is likewise esteemed who is a stanch friend and a thorough foe, that is to say, who without reserve openly declares for one against another, this being always a more advantageous course than to stand neutral. I remember reading this in high school and absorbing it straight away. I've always found the willful ignorance of BP'ers regarding the value of individuals when it comes to dating shocking. I knew back in high school that certain people had greater dating value than others, yet, no one could say it or articulate it. THEN I saw this and knew I wasn't alone. The next extension of RP knowledge after establishing that value is an actual concept, is that of the market system that it exists within.

Just you - mostly. The Brad Pitt test is a good way to illustrate this. Would she stop responding to Brad Pitt? A guy she's very attracted to? Yes, some girls have reasons removed from their attraction to you, but for the most part a woman's attraction to you is what will determine how keen she is. It could also be a case of poor logisitical gaming, inconvenient dates that don't sound fun.

I have come across a few women recently, who won't give it up. They show attraction, and want to show me to their friends and family, but it takes a while to eventually get them back to my house. It sounds like you're being used for validation and aren't the alpha you think you are. So, quite possibly some denial. Depending on culture however, it may be unacceptable to have such casual sex and as such they may be the cultural hoops you need to jump through. And some parting words... "judge a wom…

The premise of NAWALT, is yes, not ALL women are like that. However, NAWALT falls downs when you examine the probabilities of the situation. TRP is about sexual strategy. The effects of legislation on sexual strategy are the only things that TRP should be concerned with; divorce, campus rape trials, child support. The economic climate for individuals (women with careers, rising salaries) and the legislation surrounding it are tenuously related to sexual strategy so I find those conversations irrelevant if approached from RP perspective of strategy as it does not matter that more women are becoming careerists as your strategy to pursu…

Ah, that's a good point. I should be more explicit. Decisions should not be made on biology but independent merit. Biological differences are instrumental in the differences between men and women in a meritocracy but it is the individual that should be considered on every occasion. ie. men are more likely to be stronger so they would be more suited to being a firefighter, but if a woman was equally strong she should not be barred from serving because it was uncommon that she posses these biologi…

I am a liberal and I believe in 'equality'. Equality of opportunity - not equal equality of outcome. The areas that my liberal views have shifted on since TRP are marriage/divorce law and single parent welfare but the cornerstones of my liberal beliefs like public options in both education and health have nothing to do with sexual dynamics and remain unchanged.

A somewhat similar experience I found myself in as an unemployed university student. Having less than no money meant I couldn't even remotely have a provider frame, it meant I'd tell girls to buy me drinks because I'm poor, we couldn't go on proper dates because I had no money so we would have to watch a movie at her house wink wink. The premise you construct of a man who is born, luckily, with genetics that make him an Adonis and allow him to pick up women is an exception. It's not the rule. TRP says that, generally, men have to improve themselves to try gain access to pussy as women are very selective about who they will hook up with. For those who don't speak Dutch, Survivor did a similar thing in a recent series. Two tribes, one male and one female. Located on opposite sides of a beach. It was incredible watching the women fail, rely on the men to support them and then complain about the men and refuse to repay the favour when they were fortunate enough to gain any advantages. There's a big difference between a male and female version of this app. Looking at a guy's rating shows preselection. Looking at a girl's rating shows sluttiness. Could you imagine looking up your girlfriend's rating and seeing that she has 50+ reviews? Fuck that. Of course, both apps are bad for privacy but the rating if women is far more detrimental to them than the rating of men is to men.

I agree with you. I just don't agree with the notion of saying that it is impossible for someone to go against a biological imperative. Many women, and men, have fought these instincts due to cultural and societal values. Men not having affairs, women not leaving sick men are examples that the cultural values of a society have hindered our base animal instincts. The feminine frame of western society means however that it is remarkably rare for a woman to exhibit the traits we as men desire for a…

She isn't as wonderful as she says she is and I know it's hard to deal with - but she's fucked way more than those two boyfriends. No, they do exist but for the purpose of sexual strategy it is optimal to assume they do not exist. Some men wilfully concede that what they desire is risky and 'suboptimal' (wife and kids) and this subreddit has a role in guiding these men as well.

If a guy is good relationship material (high value) it is extremely hard to secure commitment from him due to the countless women who desire him and will have sex with him. A man lacking in this quality will not get pumped and dumped, he will be ignored by all of society. Flipping the gender to expose a double standard, or sexism, only works if there is no discernible difference between the two. It's quite clear the forces driving men and women in the modern dating game are different.

It is a very common component of a woman's actions to increase her SMV, as is in line with her sexual strategy of optimising her attractiveness (youth) to secure a high value mate.
