Lifting is step #1 towards reclaiming your masculinityNot really switched around much I ran SL at a calorie excess for around 6 months, and then at a calorie deficit for around 4. I think during my calorie excess, i was too "excessive" and therefore i couldn't run it long enough, as I was just getting fat. I'll try PGSLP, but with a moderate excess and see where I am in 12 month. As for the jargon, you spend enough time on reddit reading the various fitness/lifting boards then your head gets full of it | /r/MarriedRedPill | 16/02/16 03:58 PM
Lifting is step #1 towards reclaiming your masculinityI've been doing SL 5*5, but for at least half that 10 months i've been cutting and my lifts have stalled. I've grown much stronger, but the man i see in the mirror doesn't really look that much different. I will go back onto a lean/slow bulk in the next few weeks, and run that until next year. I will also switch program to Phrak Greyskull LP for two reasons Squatting 3 times a week is fucking brutal PGSLP has a better balance between strength and hypertrophy (so reddit tells me) - hopefully i wi… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 16/02/16 03:38 PM
Lifting is step #1 towards reclaiming your masculinityThis is bang on. When i discovered MRP I read all the sidebar, and immediately started trying to do things like the "10-second kiss" from MMSLP, or trying to raise dread levels with some BS about my imaginary affair. Predictably, it didn't really go that well. Instead, in the subsequent 10 months or so, all i have done is learn to STFU and have religiously worked out 3 times a week. The results have been good, but not spectacular. However, i have built a solid base now to start implementing some… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 16/02/16 01:26 PM
[FR] Unexpected benefit from liftingI find the Squat SO hard. Especially while cutting the last 5 months it has barely improved. Currently at 65kg, approx 145lbs | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/01/16 09:53 PM
[FR] Unexpected benefit from liftingBeen reading MRP and the sidebar since April 2015, and all I've really done since then is lift and not be such a pussy. I haven't really thought about implementing any of the other techniques. Despite that the benefits have been great. After 10 months the results of training are really starting to show. My wife now works out while I'm doing Stronglifts in the garage. She feels better about herself and her libido is trying to keep up with mine. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/01/16 09:15 PM
Guy rejects woman because of her weight in the nicest way possible, gets socially eviscerated by hamsters and white knights.None of this actually happened. This is someone's imagination in overdrive. | /r/TheRedPill | 08/07/15 12:50 PM
[Advice] How to deal with her complaining about workDoes repeated sexual innuendo not make you seem obsessed with sex? I'm not sure this strategy would work for me, my wife would likely just call me a pervert. An oak is strong, and independent. I can't reconcile this with inappropriate bawdy humour. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 14/05/15 10:46 AM

I'm gonna have sex tonight, first in 10+ months.Definintely have a plan for failure so you look outcome independent if it all goes pear shaped | /r/MarriedRedPill | 24/04/15 07:27 PM
FR Escalated too quickly and too earlyThank you everyone for the feedback, both critical and complimentary. Last night my wife apologised for being grumpy the last few days and pretty much dragged me to bed, and we had the best sex we've had in years. I found though that when i realised it was game on, i let my guard down and forgot my RP principles. Something to bear in mind for the future. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 24/04/15 08:49 AM
FR Escalated too quickly and too earlyThis seems to tie in with Rollo's Iron Rule #3 as dandar4600 said in his post "the sex that she makes you wait for is never worth the wait". I agree, i need to strike while the iron was hot, or make an earlier exit and talk less. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 23/04/15 07:12 PM
