Given two people were throwing head kicks at a person who wasn't posing a threat to them I wouldn't be overly upset if they did suffer some damage. However you are right in that 14 year olds are unlikely to KO each other. Unless they have been doing Thai boxing from as soon as they could stand :P and by the looks of this video no one fit that description.

The ability for a party to transfer it's votes to another party if it doesn't get a seat makes me not want to vote for smaller parties. If I vote for them I will likely do voting for someone else. Also I don't agree with most of what the LD party wants but that's the problem with most parties. Agree with 10% disagree with 90%, at least for me anyway. I should start my own party :P

Based on your comment below I understand your scepticism that the legal system could do anything and perhaps that is case I am not sure. I would consider going in and talking with someone about how realistic it is to win that case, I know a guy who works in child abuse prosecution and he is pretty honest when people come to him, if they are unlikely to win their cases he tells them and just recommends seeing a mental healthcare professional. Exactly^ It would be worth reporting this, male rape victims have a very low reporting rate and I think this should change. If not consider seeking professional help, if you go to your GP (I am not sure what country you are in so this may not apply to you) but if they refer you to a mental health professional it is covered by the government for the first 10 sessions. Male sperm are have less genetic material so travel a tiny bit faster, meaning there is actually a slightly higher chance of having male babies. It does work out at about a 50.5% chance of having a male, though I thought more males died during pregnancy so I expected it to be a bit closer, but it's believable to me. I think the definition should just be empirically what it is, the especially against women is a social commentary that isn't needed in the definition. For example in the definition of racism doesn't say typically against blacks it just says what racism is.
