imma be real with you chief, I think you expected too much from a girl who showed signs of manipulation. 100+ texts a day and sacrificing all other relationships for one girl is not a healthy thing to do. do what you want but thats just my opinion.

I was accused of being a homophobic racist while walking down the street. Not really scary, but I want to feel included

I recommend the reverse sear method, as it is easier to control the temperature of the meat. But excellent pan sear

I could get behind that, until some chick fucking dies because Colton Parayko or Ryan Reaves, or someone like that, blindsides her at 35mph. It would be funny at first until one of her mangled tits fly into the stands, while the other slides down the ice into the goal.

that is not what I intended to convey. what I was trying to say is that if I had to be circumcised im glad it was done when I cant remember it and not when I could.
/r/MensRights09/04/19 03:12 AM

Never said there should be, you assumed I was pro circumcision without me ever saying I was
/r/MensRights08/04/19 07:55 PM

How is it silly to not want to remember trauma?
/r/MensRights08/04/19 06:09 PM
-2

Gonna be honest I’m glad I got circumcised as a newborn cuz I don’t remember it, so it doesn’t affect me at all. If I were to get circumcised now, i would remember it and it’d be pretty traumatic
/r/MensRights08/04/19 04:42 PM
1

Sure that’s all good ideas, but I’m saying the argument has to be so good and so convincing that it would warrant the drafting an amendment to the constitution that suspends freedom was f religion
/r/MensRights08/04/19 01:30 PM
1

I get your point and your argument is well formed, but the problem is in order to make circumcision illegal in the United States we would have to change one of the amendments in the Bill of Rights. Which I don't see being possible.
/r/MensRights08/04/19 01:58 AM
1

im a little confused by what you mean by this, could you clarify, I think you are saying religion is less important than culture if you don't care about believing it. Am I right in thinking this? I want to be sure im understanding your points.
/r/MensRights08/04/19 12:50 AM

its not gibberish, google it, as long as we are talking about a minor, which in the case of circumcision we are, it is the parents decision and the government cant do shit about it because it is a religious practice and the United States Constitution GUARANTEES the freedom of religion. sorry you don't understand the basis of American Law
/r/MensRights08/04/19 12:48 AM
1

they can but the courts act on the laws of the United States, primarily the Constitution, which guarantees the freedom of religion. and as such since an infant is not old enough to make decisions of religion the decision falls to the parents to do as they see fit with their child.
/r/MensRights08/04/19 12:34 AM
1

that is true but in those two cases it is more cultural than religious. I think
/r/MensRights08/04/19 12:29 AM
-1

so you're telling me an 8 year old gets to decide their hospital treatment plan and doctors don't need parental consent. and all those field trip permission slips are irrelevant?
/r/MensRights08/04/19 12:28 AM
1

I don’t know their full stance, but St. Paul’s letter is in the Bible and that tends to be canon so...

They do when they are you child and under the age of 18
/r/MensRights07/04/19 11:21 PM

it is in the Old Testament, but Christianity is based upon the New Testament. in one of St Paul's Letters, I think Galatians 1, he condemned circumcision. And because of that the Catholic Church does NOT require circumcision, in addition I am talking Vanilla Christianity not mormonism, or Eastern Orthodox, im talkin base Christianity. so no that is not relevant
/r/MensRights07/04/19 09:17 PM

sue the doctor for malpractice.
/r/MensRights07/04/19 09:07 PM
1

when I mentioned it in my initial comment it relied on a mandatory part of a religion which is why religious freedom would have to be suspended. Christianity does not require circumcision as a fundamental part of the religion, whereas Judaism does. the fact that there are more Christians than Jew is beyond irrelevant.
/r/MensRights07/04/19 09:01 PM
1

In Christianity its just a social norm, it isn’t a requirement like it is in Judaism
/r/MensRights07/04/19 07:18 PM
1

Well you’d have to change get he social norms of western society, and provide a convincing argument to Congress, the Senate, and the President, to suspend the freedom of religion (circumcision is a part of the Jewish religion). Edit: I am really enjoying all the debating, I think if we did more of this rather than just insulting each other we would be years further as a species. Good Job everyone :)
