Ah, the chickens have come home to roost with all this ‘me too’ crap. Kudos to this bro for standing tall and refusing to participate in this silly game. And the Karens can’t handle it. Because it was never about protecting women. It’s always been about controlling men.

I’ve always liked this idea as well. It becomes problematic, though, when it’s about forcing a woman to abort. I’d be okay with allowing men to sign a waiver relinquishing all parental rights and all financial obligations.

I’ve never understood how these kinds of policies are not struck down by courts as a violation of the 14th amendment.

“Pregnant person.” You’re one of those.

No shit. I was getting an ultrasound on my nutsack to make sure there were no problems. That chick was just all over my balls. Not even an “Is this okay?” At any point. Funny how when it comes to potential feelings of discomfort or vulnerability nobody cares if you’re a man.

Depends on who you mean by “they.” Far left progressives types? Yes. They believe our ideologies should be tied to our identities. I, however, believe we should all be free to make up our own minds and respect others’ beliefs, even when we don’t agree. The very idea that you should adopt a set of ideological principles based on your demographic is absurd. It flies in the face of “diversity,” which is what they’re always preaching about. I say be proud of who you are and what you believe. Be prou…

What could possibly go wrong with that plan?

Just leave, man. Meet with a good lawyer who can guide you in getting a fair shake so you can survive when the assets are split and the alimony ordered. You will be poorer for sure but you will live much happier. Your mental health is worth more than the financial wealth you have now while putting up with her.

So true. Women seem to be programmed to believe they can barrel through life with no regard for their surroundings. The world will just accommodate them as needed. It’s only when someone reminds them to watch where they’re going that they suddenly feel “unsafe.”

Well, there’s only so much victim hood to go around. It’s fine to be “in solidarity” with other victim groups until another group starts to overshadow you. Then it’s game on in the oppression Olympics.

Interesting take. Though it sounds like the person in your post is struggling a great deal more from having a shit mother than misandry in general. I hope he or she is able to work through this.

Yeah. And if you keep your mouth shut and mind your own business then they’ll flock around you like a murder of crows trying to crack your code. You’re damned if you do, and you’re damned if you don’t.

Talk about having it both ways. Feminists: We are all bad ass girl bosses who can and should do anything a man can do. We are equal in every way and should be treated as such. Also feminists: Women are weak and vulnerable and deserve all kinds of extra layers of protection that men are not entitled to.

I have no idea what you're talking about. I've never met, seen, or even heard of a man having to hide himself because of "social shame." What does that even mean?
/r/MensRights21/04/24 06:08 PM

Because, as men, we are not seen as an oppressed group. So, if we are violated or treated unfairly, we need to 'check our privilege,' suck it up, and deal with it.

That sums it up right there. Not just with feminism but with all the '-isms.' It's not about making life better for my group. It's about tearing down those who are not like me.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and suggest that nobody is treating you differently because you're gay. They're treating you differently because it's all you talk about. You used the word 'queer' three times in your post and yet wonder why people see you as two-dimensional. I'm an older gay man, and frankly, based on the tone of your post, I wouldn't want to be friends with you either. So, I think this has little to do with gay rights. Friendships start by finding common ground, and if you're…

Gay man here, and this is a good point. What straight men share in common is they like to fuck women and talk about it. It's not a conversation I can really get into, and the reverse is true. There's nothing irrational about it. You can be friends with whomever you want as long as you can find common ground.

I'm totally for men's rights, but that character was a total pussy dipshit and deserved to get scammed. I applauded the hooker for winning the game. It has nothing to do with her being female. It was all about her ability to find a hyperwoke douchebag who was so removed from reality he was easy to scam. She swooped him and gave him a much needed dose of reality.

Yeah this is one that doesn't really bother me. I think the way it's headed is that the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) will eventually morph into simply Scouts of America and have both male and female troops. As a BSA scout dad who recently attended a jamboree with both male and female troops, I though thought it was perfect. Give all kids the same opportunities but don't mix the boys and girls when they're teenagers, because its just ... when it comes to camping and working together on team activi…

I know this won't be a popular opinion, and believe me I am not an apologist for Weinstein or any of the other gross slobs. But, I don't believe for a second that the 'victims' waited so long because they were scared. I think they willingly engaged in sex acts with these people to further their careers, and then when things didn't pan out, or their careers stalled, they decided to get some publicity by jumping on the bandwagon and blowing whistles. All this to say I don't believe for a second th…

I absolutely 100% wholeheartedly agree with everything you just said. Just know that they will come back and retort that rape is an act of violence not sex. Even though rapists (even when not necessarily proven guilty) have to register as sex offenders in most circumstances. The double standard is sickening, especially when you realize this is all a giant game of chess we've been paying for decades, and the radical feminists have been winning, because they're thinking three moves ahead. All that…

Ironic, isn't it? It's perfectly fine to say things like "man up" when it comes in handy. "You are a cold, unfeeling, task-oriented creature because you have a penis. That's toxic. You need to change and be more like women." "No. I actually have feelings like every human being. And, calling me toxic hurts." "Oh be a man and shut up." These kinds of dialogues make my head hurt.

"Since you don't understand your own industry, let me 'man-splain' it for you." LOL! I love how he takes control of the narrative and effectively squashes that stupid ass term while breaking down how things actually work in the real world. It's not about who's right or wrong on women's rights. It's about that fact that NOBODY likes to be preached at while trying to relax and be entertained.

Not sure this would be anything to be proud of. College of Human and Health Sciences is just a fancy way of saying social work, right? And that's a traditionally female-dominated field anyway.

The fact is that women can be engineers if they want and build treehouses and whatnot. They typically don't because they've been socialized to believe that's "man's work." Funny the femi-nazis are not out there urging more women to get into engineering, construction and other 'hard' jobs. My point? This doesn't need to be a gender issue. The feminists make into one. When is the last time you heard someone's dad groaning that the kid's mother doesn't do enough around the garage?

Agree. Pregnancy is a lifestyle choice. Not a disability. Funny how "the right to choose" is suddenly out the window when it comes to things like subway cars, elevators, taxicabs, doorways, lines at stores, etc.

HA HA! Didn't even notice the typo until you pointed it out. But, you know what? Now it's gonna become a thing. Hey, doofus! Don't wag your ginger at me! Lol.

Because you get extra points for being a) young, b) female, and c) disabled in some way. Everyone's talking about how brave and bold she is for being accusatory. If a man had started wagging his ginger at the rest of the world like this, he would have been shunned for 'mansplaining.' (God, i hate that term.)

Yup. Amazing how the whole equality thing goes right out the window when it comes to paying for meals, being served at restaurants, stepping through doorways, deciding who gets to get on the lifeboat first...

These are like the chicks who dress like hookers with their tits hanging out all over and then angrily snap at guys 'hey, doofus! My eyes are up here.' Such hypocrisy.

This is one of my favorite Family Guy scenes ever... where Meg offers the unspoken truth of the lives of housewives... that it's 10% work and 90% whining about how hard it is. https://www.youtube.com/watch?reload=9&v=c_vKrQghd2c
