I dont think so. I never heard about censorship in germany regarding swear words. We just cant say things like the holocaust never happened (i am legally required to say that this is not my opinion its just an example), or something like that. Not much. But in germany you dont have censorship of swearing words, in the US you do have. And besides that, why would I watch commercials, interrupting a movie that I like, which was cut down so strongly that some plotpoints dont make any sense anymore. So I mostly watch with the internet (netflix, or illegal, depends on if i want to spend money in a month, usually youtube for not movies).
