Read a lot. Read in different languages and different mediums, then you will learn how, in some situation, to turn a phrase to wonderful effect. Poetry, history, drama, fantasy, mystery, read it all and practice writing your thoughts in long drawn out paragraphs. When there is no mystery left to the Word and you very seldom raise an eyebrow, not to the message, but to the structure, you are ready.

I second this 100%. I had gotten bored with going to the gym and just lifting or playing an assortment of sports which were very clique-ish. I started Jiu-Jitsu with a bit of Muay Thai here and there but after a few months i just exclusively stuck to Jiu-Jitsu. I cant tell you how much I've learned about myself and about others through the sport and through competing in Jiu-Jitsu tournaments but I've at least figured out the type of person I want to be around by hanging out in such a grueling an…

Balsamic is the only one I would even recomend. It tends to have less shitty ingredients but even then you never know by the manufacturing process As with all foods, if you want the best for you, make it from scratch, you control the portions and can even freestyle a few ingredients to suit your tastes. I dont have any dressing recipes, cause I dont use dressing, you'll have to google it.

I just assume it was a choice and act according. I have horrible habits, bring them up and I will own them. The sad part is, it doesn't take a lot to be at least "average" build. you cant eat the burger every other meal, you can eat one or two a week, which overall, you actually enjoy and look forward to it more Drink some water when you're thirsty. As someone who has Nuclear anger issues, this is gold. My original solution, I started this in highschool, would be to look at where the shit tester was coming from: 99% of the time, it was from a point of insecurity so you dismiss and move on, but this is time consuming, you may already be past the point of responding or the subject might have changed, etc.. Now I will just let out a small chuckle, let everybody wonder what the fuck I'm so chipper about :)
