We shouldn't take every murder accusation seriously because if we did many non murderers will be wrongfully arrested. Do you see how dumb that sounds. What exactly are you trying to say here because I'm having trouble trying to understand what you're saying. So you're saying that women are accusing the wrong people of rape and that the rapist is set free while some guy is falsely accused and jailed in place of the rapist? And are you also implying that for every rapist that walks free there are a dozen wrongly accused?

I think you prove my point that we can't really hold these statistics of false accusations to be true if we can't concretely define what rape is. With that's being, there might be a large portion of people who might believe that even the smallest form of sexual constitutes as rape which is why this number is as high as it is. I find it funny that you you bring up English law on rape. You guys define it as penile penetration and not just having sex without the other parties consent. By that definition women can not rape and you can't falsely accuse a women a rape since they don't have a penis. By English law the female rape of a male would just be considered sexual assault. That article is a bunch of BS. Are you seriously going to have me believe that 50% of all rape cases are committed by women and that none of those women are ever convicted of their crimes? I don't know what country these stats are pulled from but I can assure you that women more than likely don't even make up 40% of all rape cases and a large percent of these women actually face prosecution.
