13	How to improve self-esteem ? Try to focus on one thing and one thing only for a couple of weeks. I got back into fitness and lifting weights and was in the same spot as you a few weeks ago. I was indecisive, anxious, and in general just really held my personality back. I felt like a veil of submission and indecision was over my head and often I didn't even know it.
