I felt the same way for so long and it made me feel depressed. Then I got into a sales job and began to realize how much people suck with money. People buying things they can't afford, having shitty credit, can't pay bills on time, etc. Then you start to realize that once you begin putting yourself first through lifting, eating right, budgeting, and planning for your goals you're ahead of 99.9% of people. When you try to make friends with people in the "system" it doesn't work. You can't create …

You should convert this comment to a post on TRP about dispelling the illusion of the "tribe"

Meditation for me helped make a big difference here. When you begin to see your thoughts as not who you are but as just thoughts it makes a huge difference

Read the Charisma Myth. When you can pull everyone into your "frame" with charm it becomes a positive feedback loop.

Do you agree with breaking and replacing one bad habit at a time from your experience? What is one thing that helped you break your "bad" habits?

Can we take your idea further? In my experience, if I remove a habit and don't replace it with something it usually comes back with a vengeance. I see it as removing and adding habits so the net change in total habits is still 0. I also see TRP as a toolbox. By learning how to use the tools in the toolbox you can build whatever you'd like. If you want to go to be MGOTW or PUA so be it but you still draw from the same set of tools.

Dude you need to respost this as its own post on TRP. That was a great explanation. I've read a ton of books on the subject and practice makes perfect. Any book suggestions amigo?

I do. I love to crossfit and read. Lately I've been working on getting another business off the ground and mainly focusing on my career. It's not necessarily male friends that I lack its male friends that lean more towards TRP.

you're going to feel a pang in your chest when you see her and you're going to hold your breath. be mindful and when you realize when youre in that moment BREATHE then smile and just walk away. You won't "get over" her until you get ontop of someone else.

Every day you learn something new and every day people blow your mind just on how crazy you are. When I first started I used all logic to sell to people which DOESNT work at all. If you go after the FEELZ you close it every single time.

Don't really have any challenging male friends. Most if not all my friends are the I'm gonna party until I have to grow up and have responsibilities kind of people. That being the case I really don't hangout with them that much. Any ideas where to find some of those?

What was very effective for me was the My Fitness Pal app. To eat the right amount of food you need to know what you're putting in your body. When you have to log every meal, it also helps build discipline quickly. For Lifting, I do CrossFit and Run.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
