That doesnt even make sense, by your logic, you would keep gaining weight on 2000 cal and 1700 TDEE until years later and weigh like 1000 lbs on 2000 cal a day.. The average America eats nearly 4k cal a day. 1/3 are obese......By your definition, most people in America should be obese since 4k cal is obv way more than 2k cal a day...Even eating close to 4k cal a day, MOST americans are still not obese. I specifically said 1700-2000 cal a day.....while each person is diff to some extent, 1200cal has been proven to cause health issues etc. Also exercise is another way to lose weight but should complement proper diet.
