6	Tips for Young MGTOWS From Older MGTOWS? \|sit down, write a list of all the things you are truly interested in and narrow it down several at a time until you reach one. Then focus on this one thing for a month, then six, then seven years. Make this one thing the center of your life, what you spend a large chunk of your day doing/practicing/reading up on/learning about. I'm 46 soon. I wish someone had given me this advice at 15/16.
