See it for what it is. This passage is a real life example of the programmed behavior of men in this culture, with some humor. A succinct story that makes the point very well!

What clarity do we have on the long term effects of TRT? Do you recommend a healthy aging male go on this treatment? If so, do you have a general age breakdown of when it makes sense to use TRT? How much of a difference can TRT make? I did Andro for a little while when it was legal (Supposedly the same stuff Mark McGuire and Sammy Sosa were using). That was some good stuff. How will TRT compare with that experience? What is actually possible (has been observed by medical professionals overseeing…

To me this seems like a repeat of the askTRP forum we already have. Is there an advantage to having this thread here?

I think this might be an over simplification of the message. There are many people who have problems/fear of rejection. His message is more broad in saying that even if you think it's a rejection, stay the course. The indication that she wanted to talk, by how she stuck around for a moment shows interest. OP was observant enough to pick this up, although it contradicted what his experience was with the text messages and decided to dig deeper. So, keep frame, follow the rules (99% of the time), e…

One thing about Patrice, is we can all listen to his words through the media he left us. I appreciate this field report not because it is remarkable, but because the actual words used are being shared. I enjoy a lot of the field reports, but I wish they all were more like this one. Thank you for sharing!

I respectfully disagree, yet will acknowledge you have some good points. You will be right in some cases just because if enough personalities are in the room, there will be some clashing. The two people I know in real life that are aware of the red pill are two people I get along with very well. This is a very small subset of my friends, but so far, so good. You are also right in that us as people should seek diverse, yet like minded people that may or may not have swallowed the pill who's compa…

I genuinely feel for your dad. He is living by his code and doesn't know any other way. I think he would feel calling the cops on his girl would be a bitch move and it wouldn't even cross his mind. I hope you help him figure it out soon and wish you the best.

Sales. Possibly cell phones. You get a large variety of people in the store, and you converse with them constantly. It will help you work your game and get your art of BS to a good level.

I can say I had a similar experience to you. I used to be a lifeguard. While working, I befriended an starting linebacker at a local college by chance. He recommended some supplements (I was already lifting regularly at that time). Next year I came back and pretty much had my pick of the girls. I don't remember exactly how much weight I added, but I became the biggest guy there, and I had trouble understanding what was going on things changed so much. If I had this site to lay out the framework …

It's all good man. Thanks for summarizing these approaches, with New Years having just passed this is highly relevant. You broke it down well and I will be changing some things after reading this.

I would like to point out there is an inaccuracy. This doesn't take away from the entire article, but one sentence needs correcting. they’re what bodybuilders use to get in peak shape weeks before shows Going into the show the Body Builders are at their weakest. They are at their leanest, but this isn't their peak of strength or conditioning. They are still athletes, and their body is conditioned to be in this state, but again, they are not at their peak performance level.

Yes, I am a Planet Fatness member. Yes, it is geared towards exactly what you should not be. No, I am not proud of it. However it's the best tool I have at my disposal at the moment. I agree with all points in the post, and if I had more money I wouldn't be a member there. As it stands though, I push past the normies and would put my physique up against anyone's because I am self motivated. But damn if I had another gym...

I appreciate the attempt here but the fact of the matter is this post has been done quite a few times. However the op actually did do something that stands out. The piece that does give this value are the "canned" or suggested comebacks. Some of them are pretty funny. For guys starting out, memorizing these and then adding your own twist is enough to get the approach moving. Well done, I think TRP could benefit from more fun, flirty lines to use in person. The amount of creativity and originalit…

Arnold had the same problem. His determination for gains lead him to cut off his sweats at the knee so everyone could see his calves. After consulting others, he ended up having to do reps with around 1,000 lbs to get the results he was looking for.

If this is directed at me, I don't feel being the biggest, ect matters. I do feel like making the gym a comfortable second home helps with everything else in life you are trying to do.

I would like to add that your point is covered in the enjoy the process segment which is what this poster failed to comprehend. It's all about self improvement and feeling better about yourself today then yesterday.

You have shared some deeply personal stuff as of late and it has all been very interesting. For this post in particular, I see different aspects of your relationship with your mother that are comparative to a female I am dealing with now. What I find most interesting is that you broke frame completely and from that point reset frame and kept it under control. It was like she needed a scare or something attention grabbing before the dynamic changed. I fear that in order to get my situation correc…

Over time, there have been numerous posts for gym game. I wanted to share an experience to help others that are asking or need framework to see how it should go. I didn't capitalize on the circumstance, but just wanted to give an example of a conversation that worked, in the hopes it gives a substance to others.

Situational awareness. With any conversion there are a number of things done right. I am particularly impressed with how aware OP was of the surroundings and how he even was thoughtful to her. Being truly in touch with your surroundings and self is what created an opportunity that not many would think to capitalize on. The touch at the end ensuring the coast was clear was great. I could see this leading to him coming back, seeing her and she wouldn't hesitate because Nightwing branded himself as…

Good work man!! Can you comment on if that is a natural look? I've lifted for many years (supplemented 6 months about 5 years ago) and believe that look is naturally possible if the right things are done. I am 5'10, 200lbs, mostly muscle. I've never been that cut, and that is strictly a nutrition/discipline problem caused by me. I am getting better as time goes on, but the final frontier for me is nutrition. I am just wondering what is actually possible with out spending too much $$$
