And how rare are these? Most incidents of female-on-male IPV is non-lethal.

You don't have to use a lot of force to extract yourself from a situation.

Surefire way to go to jail and be labeled a woman-beater in the current world. As fair as this reaction might be, it is not in any man's best interest to do this.

It this what this sub has become? MGTOW's version of pump and dump?

Be careful of where you put your hands. It could spell the end for you. This isn't a warning, but simply the rules we're playing with nowadays.

Mgtow being banned was a sad day The MGTOW subreddits were full of posts after posts of woman hatred and misogyny. Yes, it had some nice positive posts about self-worth and determination, working on yourself, and so on, but the rest were, in their words, "reminders that women are horrible." These weren't "reminders." It was full-blown hatred.

If the false cases are that significant, then a revision should take place. And besides, how can you prove that a verbal promise didn't take place? In a he said, she said situation, almost the entire world goes with the woman's words unless the man can provide some evidence to back his words.

While I do agree that its can probably be misused, like when a woman makes a false claim that he promised to marry her, I do find it rather shitty for men to promise getting married, have sex with the girl and then pull back from it for one reason or anther (legitimate or not) I'm muslim, so to me there is no such thing as premarital sex. Thus I cannot understand why men just don't get married directly and do what married couples do then. Why promise something you might not fulfill later on? So …

slightly Significantly. If the statistics posted here earlier were true, even black women are less likely to be arrested than white men.

Yeah, why shoot themselves in the foot? I thought everyone was out there for themselves? If its money, clicks and views, the lonely and desperate men can easily provide this.

My only advice is to take responsibility for any actions you take. If you don't want a child, pardon my phrasing, keep it in your pants.

I'd rather you looking into the issues and injustices facing women and the problems they face instead, given your personal history with such things. If you're muslim, see how society attempts to degrade your islamic rights, for example. Then, and only then, when those are done, you can spend time looking into the injustices men face.
/r/MensRights14/01/24 01:06 PM

I honestly suggest looking to actual men's rights problems rather than "influencers" and youtubers looking to make money off of your eyeballs. But this is only if are interested to begin with, which I honestly do not understand why any woman would be, outside of wanting to protect her sons or other male relatives.

It's not hopeless. It'll just boil down to society ceasing to function when it keeps making life worse for the people maintaining it.

If your wife had the potential to be even more attractive to you, and she did make the effort or sacrifice to do so, wouldn't that be a great thing to you? Same thing to her. Maybe you would say, "I wouldn't want her to change a thing," but if she's telling you to cut your hair and beard, she is definitely not the same as you.

Most of this sub's points hinge on the fact it wouldn't be the same if the genders were flipped. Why the hypocrisy?

Its sad that the real reason why they had those groups was bastardized by malicious women who were in it for themselves. If it had only stuck to safety, even men would have supported these groups. I would have.

To be honest, I do want a study on the effect of women who are more risk-averse and believe in all kinds of dangers on the chances of their victimization. There could be truth in her statement of women's hyper-vigilance paying off.

When divorce is frowned upon, you'd be seen as a homewrecker, your chances of getting married again would be slim-to-none, and you'd have to care for your own children by yourself... seriously, who can blame them? In those parts of the world, being a widow is orders of magnitude better than being a divorcee, let alone the one who initiated it.

I can imagine their rationale being: There are men who are extremely promiscuous, even more so than women, so having them spreading diseases is a problem. The path of least resistance. Circumcision has been a part of history and religion for a long time, so most people would accept it without too much outrage, as compared to pushing for FGM. So if they can reduce the risk by affecting half of the human population, that's better than nothing.

but for men it’s restricted to only one night per week and limited number of men, not to mention that it’s also creepy for single men to be there? Given their higher libidos, many men would probably start frequenting this as their go-to place. And since its a swinger's place, why would single men be there to begin with?

Doesn't mean their travels are any safer than a man's. Being assaulted and living with that trauma for years (decades if you're young) might be a worse fate than being robbed, mugged, or scammed.

Its a shame. The more they use false accusations like this, the less likely real victims would be believed. I am afraid of the day a female family member of mine was assaulted and no one would bat an eye. And I am afraid of what I would do in retaliation.

I went to an all-boys school with male teachers. It was fine, I suppose. They weren't prohibitive and controlling, they let us exert our energy and play around. They didn't force anyone to take any ADHD drugs or anything like that, a complaint I see here every once in a while. I didn't go to a mixed school so I can't exactly comment on the differences due to my lack of experience. We did have corporeal punishment, however. Built us up with disciple... to a small extent. The punishments were very…

I wonder why they awarded her the prize, given that she does go against the feminists' narrative of the gender gap being sexist rather than based on choice.

Lets take Obama. During his 8 years, he oversaw fights in Afghanistan, Syria, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Somalia and Pakistan. Yet he won a peace prize. And a more poignant example: Henry Kissinger. Do I need to explain why?

There’s no data to prove it but false accusations are more common than real sex assaults now. Doubtful. Even the most extreme estimates by courts vary between 35-50%, even in India.

/r/MensRights20/11/23 09:20 AM

You have to understand that in every group, there are fundamentalists, extremists, and moderates. Fundamentalists may agree with giving women full control over their lives, but extremists who (for some reason or another) hate the homemaker's life, would naturally oppose it. That opposition doesn't invalidate the fundamentalists' position, though.

You think from a logical, beneficial and pessimistic view point, which women don't think from, unfortunately. A lot of this sub goes on about how women are "solipsistic," that they care for themselves and think the world revolves around them. Try and think from their POV, then. Its clear: They think you do not trust them at all, no matter the benefits of the test.
/r/MensRights19/11/23 02:07 PM

If she did nothing wrong she shouldn't fear a (parenty) test to prove it It is not that they fear the test and the result, they get the message that their partner doesn't trust them with such an important thing.

That 30% paternity fraud figure was found out by men who already had doubts for whatever reason. Remove those reasons, and we can assume that figure is reduced significantly. Just because it is easy and accessible doesn't mean it should be done. Porn or drugs are easy. Does that mean we should use them, knowing the effects its addiction might cause? The whole "trust but verify" is nothing more than "I still don't trust them." What you're doing here is finding reasons to trust them, not verifying…

This is an unfortunate mentality. On the one hand, I understand where it is coming from, but on the other, I believe it is justified for women to be apprehensive or outright end the relationship over it. A relationship is based on trust. Trust that they will do the right thing, or at the very least, not betray the other. This, translated in any person's mind equates: "I do not trust you." Imagine your partner coming to you and saying "I do not trust you," while asking you to submit to a private …

This is the only way to elicit sympathy and cause something to happen. This has a much better chance of actually doing something that would also benefit men. The ends justify the means here, as calling for the end of murdering children and women will also mean ending it for men as well.

Let them tell on themselves and ruin their own lives. Men can also have their own standards. They simply need to act on it and leave, not speak about it and bargain with them.
