Usually when a post flies under the moderator's radar long enough to reach hot, it is being left up by them anyways unless there is a lot of fighting going on. Usually they'd make stickies explaining the situation. I get that it technically broke the rules, but removing it after it already gained tens of thousands of views and upvotes, that will always feel odd.

Imo it's good to have that opinion as it is a famous example. If people this famous get treated like this (and with this I mean fairly), it will set an example for the you and me people and hopefully have a positive influence. This isn't related to her being a woman and being fought because she is a woman, this is purely because she did horrible things and will hopefully be punished for it appropriately. A person like this is not supposed to be famous, let alone have a high grossing acting caree…

Basically a guy who came home drunk while his gf had friends over. He went to sleep, then vomited all over himself, which made his gf check on him. If people actually cared about Women's soccer (football), there'd be a lot more fuss about it. Yeah, you read about it in the news, but in my area there hasn't been a single public viewing event, let alone people were talking about it. No interest -> no revenues -> no money -> no pay. Simple equation. Professional Swimmers (men) don't earn as much as professional football players (men too) because there's much less people caring about it.
