We all know who really suffers in warI suspect they're talking more about the VA's seeming lack of competence than people spitting on soldiers. | /r/MensRights | 18/04/15 07:43 PM
Navy records reveal 100,000 boys below voting age were shamed into enlisting during WW1. Why are the Suffragettes seen as the war's only victims of gender injustice? That's cool and it sounds like we agree. It's the exact same bullshit tactic that is being used by the opponents of GamerGate, find one negative thing said by some tangentially connected idiot, and use it to smear multitudes of people. Totally dishonest, really. No one speaks for anyone but themselves. | /r/MensRights | 16/03/15 08:37 PM
Navy records reveal 100,000 boys below voting age were shamed into enlisting during WW1. Why are the Suffragettes seen as the war's only victims of gender injustice?Men oppressing men...feminists are against that too. That statement needs qualification. Look at this: White feather This was joined by prominent feminists and suffragettes of the time, such as Emmeline Pankhurst and her daughter Christabel. They, in addition to handing out the feathers, also lobbied to institute an involuntary universal draft, which included those who lacked votes due to being too young or not owning property. Which feminists, exactly? Who do you speak for other than yourself? … | /r/MensRights | 16/03/15 06:46 PM
Recently found out my wife was pregnant, went to the hospital for a check up, received this in the ''welcome pack''...and no, there isn't one for my wife.Well, technically, that is for your wife, given how it's worded. So now it's not only presuming you may be a villain, but also that your wife doesn't have the mental capacity to recognize it. | /r/MensRights | 08/01/15 04:01 PM

Woman going to jail for downloading child porn to frame husbandExcept no one was talking about a standard or average, but a minimum. | /r/MensRights | 17/12/14 11:56 AM
| – | Woman going to jail for downloading child porn to frame husbandWould he? I know of a guy doing only two for that crime. | /r/MensRights | 16/12/14 09:00 PM |
126 killed mostly "Children" in fact ALL BOYS. Once again, mainstream media fails to mention that all the children killed were boys...why am I not surprised?3 hour old account, negative karma. Ignore and move on, please. | /r/MensRights | 16/12/14 08:46 PM
Feminist here! Male contraception is in the works. What kinds of social changes do you all think will happen when this finally hits the market?I think the idea at the time was to reduce the number of babies being abandoned in dumpsters and other unseemly locations. | /r/MensRights | 05/11/14 10:09 PM
Mother Jones Editor tweets #GamerGate: "It would be funny to play pinata with the bodies of white straight men who hung themselves"No, it wouldn't. It would be a sad tragedy for him and his loved ones, just as would be mass drownings of gamers. | /r/MensRights | 31/10/14 08:12 PM

Michelle Obama: 'Women Are Smarter Than Men'The reason it's harmless here is that she is spurring the crowd to action Yeah, a prominent figure spurring a crowd to action with lies about a group of people, what could go wrong . . . | /r/MensRights | 06/08/14 08:43 PM
FIRE Says It Will Sue Every College With a Speech Code Until Speech Codes Die ForeverIf it causes any lingering conditions that could be considered disabilities, I guess? | /r/MensRights | 02/07/14 02:27 PM
Feminist is invited on prestigious Red Cross panel, then refuses because other 3 panelists are 'straight, white man' and supplies organiser with names of 48 of her unqualified feminist friends instead.Better yet, save yourself the time and effort. | /r/MensRights | 12/02/14 07:18 PM
Feminism: PR problem?Oh, by witness, do you mean the accuser? Yes, the accuser should absolutely have to testify and be cross-examined, as in any other crime. I thought you were suggesting a need for a third-party witness. | /r/MensRights | 02/08/13 01:45 AM
Feminism: PR problem?I probably worded that poorly; I wasn't implying that we should seek to maintain a certain rate, just that the witness requirement is IMO one that is arbitrary, unnecessary, and likely to cause more harm than good (if any good at all). proved guilty beyond a reasonable doubt So then, do you think that this requires a witness 100.00% of the time? | /r/MensRights | 02/08/13 01:24 AM
Feminism: PR problem? No, which is why IMO we should be seeking more than just that for conclusive evidence. But that's another discussion. While you bring up a very valid point, fact is that requiring an witness is a burden so high that an unacceptably small portion of actual rapes would be successfully prosecuted (we do mostly/all agree that actual rapes [however we define that] should be prosecuted, right?). Plus, people's memories aren't that great and people also lie, so are witnesses even that great in the firs… | /r/MensRights | 02/08/13 12:00 AM
Feminism: PR problem? How else would one prove an accusation or rape? Well it happens all the time in Western nations without witnesses so maybe look into that (try starting with "rape kits"). | /r/MensRights | 01/08/13 11:09 PM
Feminism: PR problem? The middle eastern feminist doesn't have it as bad as she claims, either. They're oppressed but so are the men in their societies. To be fair, I think the relative levels of oppression between sexes do have a significant difference between them. Women in some of these places have to cover everything but their eyes while in public, can't be in public without a male chaperone, can't drive, etc. Sure, life sucks for the men too, but I'd wager it sucks even more for the women. | /r/MensRights | 01/08/13 07:01 PM
My employer is having a women's convention tomorrow, with speakers and food. It is a women only event. I feel like my female coworkers are getting a paid day off since they won't have to work. Is this illegal? Two men in uniform (dress uniforms, no less) among a bunch of middle age women and you can't figure out why you two were the stars of the show? :-P | /r/MensRights | 01/08/13 02:52 PM
"What Will We Concede To Feminism": UPDATEIn his defense, corps and churches, most people have caught on to their game. And with corps specifically, only the hopelessly naive would think they're doing anything that isn't about maximizing profits in some way. | /r/MensRights | 03/07/13 06:58 PM
"What Will We Concede To Feminism": UPDATEAs this American understands things, the governments of Cuba and Iran also still refer to themselves as the revolution, or defenders of the revolution, when those revolutions occurred several decades ago. Your country isn't alone. :-/ | /r/MensRights | 03/07/13 03:01 PM
