This happened in 2009 in Lincoln, Rhode Island at a casino, Twin River. The officers name is Edward Krawetz and he lost his job and was convicted of felony assault. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison but didn't serve any time. In 2012 he petitioned to get his job back but if I remember right he never showed up to the hearing. It was huge news here when it happened. So many people wrote letters to the police chief demanding he not be rehired. BTW, the women was in custody for being drunk and …
