maybe you should ask your mommy and daddy to teach you about the birds and bees...apparently you're not aware that it takes two people to make a baby, and if the guy keeps his cock in in his pants, he won't be equally responsible for making one. you are aware that a guy can choose to say "no" to sex too, right..? apparently not.

i'm saying that the law doesn't look at it in the same "enlightened" manner as you would appear to prefer. it takes two people to make a child, and the law agrees. but then you do sound like quite an ignoramous, so that might have something to do with your apparent difficulty in comprehending something so simple.

i was talking about your comment at the end- that it's a woman's choice, and that if she doesn't want to have kids she should keep her legs closed. you're making it sound like men should have no responsibility for the child, unless they want to. you're attempting to put the onus for an unexpected pregnancy completely on the woman- that's not how the law works. btw- this might surprise you, but MEN are legally allowed to say "no" to having sex as well- not just the woman.

sorry, but that's not how the law sees it. and i'm guessing that with that attitude, you'll probably find that out for yourself, the hard(-on) way.

the choice the guy makes is when, where, and how he busts his nut. all other outcomes and responsibilities default to THAT choice.

most of the u.s. is that way as well. in some- there is still no dna determination in the law. the husband is the father. period.

actually- you make your choice when you decide where, when, and how to bust a nut. btw- i've known several women who had abortions, and had no regrets, at the time...or later on.

that's the cost of choosing where to bust a nut. it's always been that way, always will- but...dna can and should play a much bigger role in determining who the actual responsible parties are or aren't.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
