There's definitely sarcasm but his tone is condescending. He's implying that the girl should not have been having sex. As if that's his business in any way whatsoever. And as if every human being on the planet (except him, apparently) doesn't have sex too.

I hate this kind of thing. I see this kind of physical violence towards men portrayed in comedies all the time and I just feel sick. I watched "Norbit" (the one with Eddie Murphy from the early 2000's?) for the first time the other day and I was just like, this is straight up abuse, why is this supposed to be funny?? It's so fucked up.
