Hey! Is it the auto-mod removing it? Or is it the actual mods? I’ve had a couple comments removed by the automod for some of the language I’ve used prior (mostly referring to SA) If you censor them then they get posted just fine. Not sure it that’s the same for you though

I’m 5ft2, and I wouldn’t be too fussed about height if literally most short men didn’t have a complex about it. Like, you don’t need to wear those lift thingies or to lie about your height. It just makes you seem incredibly desperate and completely turns me off.

I definitely agree about the dad part. But i think the mother can change. Sometimes they can be helicopter parents. But my first LVM boyfriend (he groomed me when i was 15 and he was 23) he still lived with his parents. His parents never actually pushed him to achieve anything. The only thing they actually taught him, was how to apply for benefits. No cooking, no cleaning, nothing even remotely for his benefit. His dad was a quiet workaholic, but when he got mad, he got mad. His mother was hones…

Agree so much!! I’ve had a couple NVM friends in the past, and all of them have drained my money, time and energy, every time we’d ever hang out, it was expected of me to pick up the bill cause they’d never work/ have a low paying job. Or i’d get dragged to a billion different stores they’d want to go to (this one guy made me go between two different stores multiple times away because he couldn’t decide which model kit he wanted) One of them would arrange a meet up only to ignore me for months o…

I have work for the rest of the week. But I have to do some cleaning and some washing. And then i’ll be off for the weekend. My plan is to send off a package to my HVM friend in America and watch a bunch of old movies, looking for a second job in between!

To be honest, i’m not entirely picky about looks. Although it sounds pickMe ish, which is not intended, i fall for people mostly based on their personalities. I like big arms on guys. Not body builder levels, but I like a little bit of muscle. I also have a weakness for guys with long hair or curly hair but that’s never been a dealbreaker for me . And someone with good posture I also wouldn’t mind someone a little chubby, but i’m not sure I could date someone who was overly obese. If someone’s t…

Eh, I wouldn’t really say dumb. But I definitely think ignorance is bliss. Calling them dumb to me feels a little victim-blame-y but that’s just my personal opinion. I think there’s a lot of societal brainwashing there. A lot of women are just expected to settle for a guy and it’s pushed so much in society, through media especially (see pretty much every sitcom ever) When I was in my previous relationship with a ZVM, despite the abuse I got, I was never happier. Even after having to ditch all my…

That sounds so horrible! I’m glad you managed to get away. My NVM ex always knew I felt uncomfortable in the dark so he just loved turning off all the lights and closing all the curtains to freak me out. If we had an argument at night and he wanted to “punish me” He’d turn off absolutely everything in his tiny room so it was pitch black and pretend to fall asleep so i’d end up staying up until dawn came up (i need to sleep with some light and noise.) Maybe he just liked making me cry. Thank you …

Tickling was always a big thing for my NVM ex too! I would beg him not to, but he would never stop until I had tears streaming down my face. I’m glad you managed to get away too x

Hi there! I’m safe from him, so no need to worry! I’ve always known that the way he acted was definitely off, he always seemed to enjoy watching me squirm, whether that was from scaring me or from trying to gross me out (i have a couple icks that he loved to describe in graphic detail so I would gag.) For a while I felt like i should stay with him so he didn’t hurt anyone else. I couldn’t imagine some other teenage girl going through the kind of stuff that happened to me. But eventually I couldn…

Eh, personally i really love fleabag. I do think that her views about sex are questionable at best. But I’m not sure I would call her a pickme. I don’t really agree with casual sex, but I feel as though Fleabag isn’t really in it for a relationship. I personally feel like she just wants to “feel” something. After her best friend died, she clearly struggled with a lot of relationships. And in the second season she did stop having those relationships (apart from hot priest and hot misogynist) and …

I had accidentally sent him nudes that were meant for someone else (I was a young pickmeisha at the time and being groo.med by someone a lot older than me.) A week later, I had a really bad depressive moment, and I was speaking to him about it. I think I said something like “i’m so ugly/unattractive” and his immediate response was: “actually, you aren’t, because that picture you accidentally sent me really turned me on” Like, what the fuck dude. What makes you think that’s an acceptable thing to…

I once had a guy tell me it was abusive for a women to prey on a man who had a findom fetish because clearly the “men weren’t all there.” Like what the fuck is that stretch.

Honestly ACAB for sure. My younger sister recently had a baby with a total psycho. He was abusive and she left but she didn’t want to get rid of the baby. After she left, he was constantly harassing her over social media. Literally creating thousands of accounts on snapchat, instagram, facebook and even email addresses to harrass both my mother and my sister. My mother spoke to him, that didn’t work, she spoke to his parents multiple times and even arranged for them to come round to have a conve…

Do you think a HVW has to cum every time? Due to past trauma, I am not really a fan of orgasming when it comes down to being with another person. I like dealing with orgasms myself but I still enjoy having sex. My partner will often try to give me one, but won’t push it if I say no. Do you think that’s still bad of me? Apart from that, this is a great post! I really appreciate you detailing it out!

I do actually enjoy anal sex personally. If i’m in the mood and I’m adequately prepared then I’m absolutely fine with it and will have a good time. However, a lot of men don’t want that. A lot of men want to see you in pain and uncomfortable with it. I only really want it every so often, but my last ex-scrote would decide to stick his fingers up there whenever he wanted without caring about how I felt about it. He just decided that because i enjoy it sometimes that he can just do whatever he wan…

Honestly he was just a proper weirdo. There was this short anime he was obsessed with about a doll, that he made me watch with him. Yuck. Another time, he got into a full blown argument with me because I said I thought men who have sex dolls are weird and creepy. He got so pissed off and accused me of insulting him. Just an arsehole of a man

He never really gave bad gifts because I told him exactly what to get me and when my birthday was. I will say though, he was a pretty decent artist, although he refused to follow it in the slightest (even when I was nice wnough to buy him an art tablet that he wanted.) He ended up drawing me one year with some other stuff, which is all nice and well. Except for the fact that he drew me as a porcelain doll, which is his “fetish” and had repeatedly told me that dolls were the most beautiful things…

Sometimes it’s just hard I think. I know that we should be ruthless, but considering women are expected to be supporting and caring and kind, it’s kinda beaten into us I think. I struggle to be rude personally, although it’s something i’m working on Also this relationship definitely does seem atleast a little bit abusive, I can imagine she’s probably afraid of him. I definitely think it would be the same for women who have previously been in an abusive relationship or have been groomed when they…

Honestly literally every hitchcock film has a pick me and a LVM. Rear Window makes me especially sad because Grace Kelly is a literal goddess. And James Stewart refuses to marry her until she literally risks her life for him to catch a murderer. Or Vertigo, where he loses his affair partner and then meets a “different” girl who looks like her and makes her dress exactly like her. I guess hitchcock is a total psycho though. I have to say, I watch a lot of older movies (1930’s-ish) and it makes my…

I think another BIG red flag to look out for when it comes to media is which directors they support. Like, I enjoyed some of his work but I will absolutely NEVER support roman polanski. And some men will literally go out of their way to defend him or play the whole “oh well you need to separate the art from the artist” card. Woody Allen or Tim Burton or Quentin Tarintino are also good examples of this. I used to work with a bunch of guys who would literally worship the ground that Tarintino walk…

So many men really seem to have a serial killer fantasy honestly. American Psycho, Dexter, literally every slasher movie. Now I love a good horror, but I have to say that literally half of the films in the genre are just the brutalisation of women

Exactly, men expected her to be a walking open vagina for Bojack. While I didn’t like every thing about her, Diane had some really amazing character development. And grows a hell of a lot more than Bojack did. But men didn’t like the fact that she didn’t worship the ground that Bojack stood on. So she’s now universally hated. Like, Todd also left Bojack because he was a pos, but you never see people hating on Todd for it.

I really enjoyed it too honestly. Although I very much hated how skylar got dragged through the mud by the fans when most of her points were pretty valid. And honestly i love a lot of media that has red flags. But as soon as they defend the character’s actions or talk about how relatable they are, then I’m gone.

I find it so funny that half the guys who watch the movie don’t realise that it was directed and co-written by women and that the book was written by a gay man as a criticism of capitalism, consumerism and toxic masculinity. Unfortunately most men only see it as a brutalisation against women and enjoy it for that reason alone.

I don’t think if it’s their favourite movie then it’s a red flag. But if they tell you that the main character is their favourite and that they’re “just so like them” then absolutely run away. This is also extended to Bojack Horseman (also a red flag if they hate Diane.) American Psycho, American Beauty, The Joker from anything Batman (as well as if they idolise/romantisice the relationship between the joker and harley quinn. The first guy that ever groome me was absolutely obsessed with harley …

Ughhh so gross The 34 year old was gross in general. Terrible at his job, flirted with literally all the women there (no matter the age clearly) and said a lot of sexist stuff tbh. He told me i was a bitch for not using my dad’s last name. And then tried to backtrack when i told him how my dad was an abusive waste of space. Oh and that women were useless if they couldn’t cook. Unfortunately i was about 16/17 at the time so i didn’t really say anything else. He did get fired after two months thou…

I work in fast food before covid (not good I know, but i’m working on levelling up.) I can’t tell you the amount of times i’ve been threatened or harassed by male customers. One man literally pulled me into a hug with one arm and then used his other hand to try and force my head to turn and kiss him while my male coworker watched right next to me. I did manage to eventually push him off of me. No thanks to my male coworker. Even coworkers have been awful! My male coworker who was 34 (I was half …

Lol i just want to point out that literally all of them are pickmeishas. Sailor Mars especially. She literally throws herself at mamoru constantly. Picking the important episodes only may get you the gist of the story but definitely not any of the character’s personalities. Also mamoru is 17 at the beginning of the show and manga, although obvi a 17 year old shouldn’t really be dating a 14 year old anyway I love the show and have since i was a little kid, and while I acknowledge that there defin…
