Personally I would take it as a compliment, or recognize the "condescension" and move on not really caring. I know I don't speak for everyone, but for them to assume that we all would be offended is annoying.Personally, I would take any of these as compliments. I know many women take offense to the smiling one, but honestly I don't see what's wrong with it.
